2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, a cookie plus delivery $48. I wasn’t going to do it but since it is snowing, I was appreciative of the option. That being said, this and the last time I ordered it took 90 minutes to get our food. I ordered at 1:08. Both this and the last time I placed an order we ordered a toasted sandwich. Both times the toasted sandwich came–not toasted. Today my turkey sandwich was ok. Last time it didn’t have any avocado spread on it. You are no longer Freaky Fast and your attention to detail is missing altogether. Oh, and please bring back the ability to track your order up to the door.

Picked up my mobile order up around 12pm before work and failed to double check my order while there.
When I went to lunch at work around 4pm I realized there was a missing pickle !
I Went back and Alicia helped me out after I showed her my receipt. Very accommodating!

I ordered a hunters club with no mayo. I when I opened the sandwich up, there was no cheese, no extra meat and it had mayo on it. Thanks a lot folks for taking my money and not providing the product I paid for!! Check your food before leaving drive thru people

Took over an hour. Ordered it toasted. It wasn’t. Ordered crispy French onions. There were barely any. Way too much ice in my soda. Then they just set the order on my porch and took off before I could verify order was correct. If I choose to get food from Jimmy John’s again I will not be tipping beforehand. If a tip is earned it will be in cash.

If you’re gonna close 4 hours early at least put up a sign stating the reason and also not ignore the phone when you’re inside. Your hours said 10pm closing and you guys are closed at 6pm?Absolutely ridiculous.

We ordered online and waited over an hour for our food. When we called they told us the food was on the way. When it was close to two hours we called back. They told us the delivery person forgot our food. They made the situation complicated when we asked what we could do. We had to cancel our order.

Normally have a great experience here. Went in drive-thru, Got a toasted turkey tom and it have two pieces of turkey which is pretty disappointed, was kind of like a toasted lettuce and tomato sandwich 🙁 big bummer..

Great food, good price still.
Had a great experience at this location in particular.
This week was especially rough for me, going through family matters.
Today, I was greeted at the restaurant by Johnathan, one of the workers, he had professional and outgoing attitude.
After not even talking 2 minutes to this man, he already could tell I was going through some things.
So when I tried to order, he told me he was gonna buy my sandwich, which left me astounded!
Kudos to hiring a great employee!
(And it was still freaky fast )

Came in Friday evening Jan 3rd. Employee that took my order had absolutely no customer service. Mind was somewhere else and seemed frustrated about something. No one now’s how to fake it even in stressful situations these days and it’s frustrating. I’m not from the area. Came into Colorado Springs for work from Denver. I drove the last hour and a half to experience this terrible customer service. Other than that sandwiches were awesome. Be better.
