Not sure if I have just had a few bad experiences or if they have changed something but the amount of meat given has changed. And one single slice of cheese. There’s hardly any compared to in the past. Had to say something last time, this time, didn’t notice till I got home. Feel ripped off.

**Wanted to follow up regarding my previous review. I also called and spoke to the manager, Alexis, and she without hesitation offered a reimbursement or a new sandwich. I opted for another sandwich on a different day. She made sure the information was relayed to her staff, so when I came in, little had to be said or explained and they promptly began making another. They also made it a point to double check the amount of meat and toppings and that it was to my liking, before I left. I appreciate the way it was handled and the second sandwich was pretty good and is the reason I keep coming back. **

I haven’t been to Jersey mikes sub for over a year. We really enjoyed the food. But this time it sucked. I heard they sold out to another company. There’s a difference between night and day they don’t seem to care. I don’t think we will be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have gluten-free bread and it’s pretty tasty! The meat is delicious and the veggies are fresh -the employees were super helpful and friendly! We’ll be going again soon

We’ve been to this location a couple of times now. The service is always quick, and the food is delicious. The only thing that gets annoying is the table cleanliness. The tables are usually dirty or sticky, and I have to wipe them off before we sit down.

Observation -white ladies was so kind serving the white man that walked in. Even made a big deal yelling bye to him have a wonderful day. The black lady was the only one that gave aa welcome. Come on guys my money spent thr same way!! Went in at 10 am happy they where open. Felt rushed to order, everyone was looking at me with extreme anticipation as if I was gonna order for a whole bus. Older ladies grouchy, looked offended when I asked for everything on my sandwich. Drowned sandwich with vinegar as if she was angry to make my sandwhich. Bread was hard and hurt the rough of my mouth. I got the mini and only ate half, jimmy johns will still be my choice. Tried something new and they failed.
