I had a taste for fish and have ordered from this location several other times but on tonight when I received my fish by delivery I was highly disappointed. The fish was either cooked way too long or cooked in old and dirt grease and if so this food shouldn’t have been sent out to be delivered.

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings. My wings tasted extremely sweet as if icing were on them. I told the Hispanic gentleman in the front and he was very dismissive and did not offer to correct my order. I won’t be ordering from here again. I’m pretty sure my order was given to someone else and they got the wings I was supposed to have.

I usually stop by in the evenings after work, and the food is consistently great with a quick, easy ordering process. I regularly get the lamb and chicken gyro fries combos, and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast, and everything is always fresh. I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and it’s been a solid experience every time.

My wife and I visited this location a couple of days ago for lunch. We both ordered the classic Reuben sandwich with fries and a drink.
The total was $23.62 for 2 generously portioned lunch meals, which we both thought was very reasonable.
The fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked (not soggy). The Reuben was constructed with deliciously toasted swirled-style rye bread (the bread was toasted on the grill with butter – the flavor from this was amazing!). Beautifully crispy-edged Corned beef that was tender in the middle. A perfectly melted slice of cheese, and sourcrout that was not over powering and matched the flavor intensity of the corned beef nicely.
As our meals were being prepared, we patiently waited in the lobby. The tables and chairs were clean and everything was very orderly and appeared to be sanitary. Speaking of sanitary, their restaurant score overall was 94% which is very clean.
I am unable to shout out any particular employees as they were not wearing name tags at that moment. However, this is by no means a knock on the establishment, they were very courteous, gracious, and speedy with their work.
I would rate this restaurant 8.5/10
I base this rating on several factors including: Food quality, price, cleanliness, speed, employee attitude, accessibility, and overall atmosphere.

I was referred to this restaurant because I heard that their chicken philly was good…as well as their wings. I tried the Philly, didn’t get wings. Ok so honestly, the very first thing I noticed was the sanitation grade. I was dismayed to see that it was a 91!!!! As a general rule, I don’t eat anywhere with a grade less than a 95. I mean that’s a decent A. It’s hard to eat at a place with an A- or less. All I can think of is why they lost so many points. For the first time in a looooong time, I went against my rule. I shouldn’t have, it just really wasnt worth it. The fries were terrible, soft with no flavor at all. The Philly didn’t stand out in ANY way. It was so mushed together and greasy, with way too much mayonnaise. I wasn’t pleased. I wouldn’t mind trying the wings. But I just can’t give it another chance with that rating.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I work in the medical field and I passed here on my break… I placed an order over the phone for pick up and I specifically asked for a 10 piece all flats combo extra crispy with a sprite. When I arrived in the restaurant at 9:30pm to pick up my order it wasn’t done correctly and I asked them to remake the meal, the man at cash register said he cannot remake it and it wasn’t rung up as crispy. I told him well let me place another order and he said I couldn’t. What type of customer service is that? This is ridiculous I will definitely be contacting corporate.

Unfortunately, it’s a hit or miss sometimes . I guess depending on who’s cooking. Today it was terrible, but Tuesday afternoon it was amazing. :/

The food was amazing and the service was really fast even right at noon time. Extremely clean and well lit. I appears that they care a great deal about having a great atmosphere. They menus is great too I have tried several things here and it’s all been great. The wings I had this time were especially awesome.
