I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed with a sign saying they would reopen at 5:00. I called back at 5:00 and went over again, only to find that my food still wasn’t ready. On top of that, the staff member I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. If a business accepts online orders, customers should be able to rely on them being prepared as promised. Unfortunately, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering here again.

This restaurant isn’t very clean. We purchased a beef soup and it tasted spoiled.

An insult to Salvadorean cuisine. Fried platanos are supposed to be plantains not fried bananas. And they certainly are not fried with onions. I don’t know if this was on purpose or carelessly done. Either way. 1st and last time.

First time coming here, ordered 4 pupusas to-go, each with a different filling. I ordered in Spanish because I speak it but they had a bilingual menu. I waited about 12-15 minutes and my order was ready. Being my first time here didn’t realize the pupusas are actually made to order! They came out hot, with coleslaw and sauce on the side. I went home and ate them, sooo good! Super delicious. Will be coming back again.
UPDATE: Have been coming here for over a year, and the quality of the pupusas is consistently DELICIOUS. Thank you!

The fact that they make everything fresh is a plus, therefore you must order ahead of time. Sometimes even ordering ahead, you might have to wait a bit. They definitely need 2 to 3 people providing service and cooking. The pupusas are made fresh. All their food is prepare when you order it. So don’t forget to order ahead.

I got lunch there and the girl who helped me didn’t offer good customer service. I ordered 2 pupusas to go. I went at around 12:30pm today. I handed her a $20 bill and she only gave me the dollar change without the cents I was owed. She didn’t ask if it was ok to not give me my full change back, she just assumed I’d be cool with it, I am not. I was expecting my full change, she took the receipt to the back with her. About 20 min later she came back and handed me my order to go without my coin change and without my receipt. They are supposed to give you a receipt but she didn’t, I really felt like she did that on purpose so I wouldn’t complain about the fact she gave me incomplete change for my order. I feel that the cashier is not honest, I would try to hire someone more honest if I was the owner. Customers notice honesty, I had been there in the past but after this experience I don’t think I’ll go back unless something is done and better customer service is offered.
