Visited CAVA today and had an amazing experience. The customer service from Matthew and Elizabeth was outstanding. please don’t be fooled by the 5 stars, they are mostly fake. i’ve gone to this location multiple times. workers are constantly blasting music from their phones. they claim they close at 10:30pm but i’ve shown up at 10pm and witness a worker walking to the door to lock the doors. don’t offer being open until 10:30 if you guys aren’t. i also ordered pita chips and one of my chips seemed to have a piece missing almost as if someone took a bite and then placed the chip back in its bag….

Matthew WAS SO GREAT! his customer service is through the roof! I normally do a harissa avocado bowl, I wanted something new and Matthew helped me figure out what to get that’s new. I ended up getting the sweet potato’s and harissa chicken, with this dressing I never had which was garlic dressing, balsamic and harissa and it was the BEST! keep up the good work Matthew and the the Cava team!

I’m pregnant and I drove to 2 other locations that were out of almost all toppings and steak, I called the highland location and they had everything I wanted but were almost out of pickled onions. Jeff put some aside for me so that when I got there I could make my perfect pregnancy craving bowl (a.k.a the ONLY thing I want to eat) . He literally saved my entire night. I could not be more thankful.

LOVE THIS CAVA!! The food is always amazing and the workers are so nice. Every time I’ve had a question they’ve given me such good advice. Specifically, Hailey has always greeted me with a smile on her face and makes my food so well. Same goes for Jeff and Ari. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
