What a fun and engaging experience! The staff is full of personality, and the customers are just as engaging. To top it off, the food was absolutely incredible. We had chicken wings and fried chicken. This was hands-down the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t say that lightly. It was absolutely incredible! I would drive out of my way to get this fried chicken again in the future. The barback, David, was hilarious! The bartender, Xavia, was sweet as could be. I can’t wait to come back!

Me and my best friend went here for a new atmosphere for drinks since many other places aren’t what they used to be! The bartenders were SO WONDERFUL and free spirited! Helped us figure out what we wanted and were pretty engaging. And the drinks were so amazing and got us feeling comfortable in no time! Customers were nice too. Conversations were flowing everywhere it was pretty cool. Definitely will be back.

I checked out Fuzzy Cactus in Richmond, and it’s one of the most unique bars in the area. The place has a gritty rock-and-roll vibe with pinball machines, live music, and a laid-back crowd that makes it feel like a true neighborhood hangout.
The food was surprisingly great for a bar. I tried their chicken biscuit and wings, and both were packed with flavor. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the portions were generous. They also have creative comfort-food items like burritos, chicken and waffles, and elote rice.
The drinks are affordable, the atmosphere is lively, and the whole place just has a fun, slightly edgy personality. If you like dive bars with good food and live

This is my local bar, so maybe I’m biased, but it is also my favorite local bar. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is so fun with 90’s TV shows playing off a projector and another playing a movie so there’s always something to passively look at if you need to distract yourself for a spell, the drinks are well-priced with good specials and some tiki-inspired cocktails. I keep coming back for the fried chicken and the brunch. See pictured in this review the brunch burrito – it is as delicious as it looks. It fed me, and there were some extra bites for my girlfriend to enjoy. I hear the music nights are also quite good, but I like the quieter nights and weekend afternoons personally. If you are in Richmond, come on by, have a beer, have some fried tofu biscuit sandwich, and relax.

First time dining at fuzzy cactus and the reviews were correct, delicious food and all around awesome place. Definitely will be back, both of the servers were great!!! We had the wings for an appetizer, Ronald breakfast sandwich, chicken burrito, slow, gin, fizz, and Bloody Mary, would recommend it all! Wish I would’ve got the server name, they were delightful.

Great atmosphere and food! It took a hot minute for the food to come out but very worth it! Highly recommend this place, especially if you have specific dietary needs!

servers were so friendly. The vibe inside is really cute, lots of cool decor. The food was good. The one thing i didn’t like was that they automatically added an 18% gratuity for our table of 3 without telling us or warning us anywhere on the menu. Not cool.

Love this place, and even more impressed now we’ve tried their curbside pickup. We ordered the half chicken and biscuits. The frozen biscuits are a stroke of genius! Pre heated the oven, drove to collect then stuck the biscuits in the oven and warmed the chicken and had it ready in 20mins… Add a little hot honey to the chicken, it’s the bomb!
Oh… And also got a six pack of cold Natty Boh
