Received a burger with a very hard bun and brown lettuce through the Drive-Thru, instead of just trashing it like I would normally do I drove back to the restaurant and asked for a refund.

I was not questioned at all concerning why, the young man retrieved a key to open the register to refund my money. The young lady working drive-thru noticed that he grabbed cash and from her window, let him know that I paid with a card. With my card in hand, I let the person helping me know that I did in fact pay with my card.

Another young lady came over to help out with the refund, after working on the register with my receipt she told me to tap the screen to have my refund returned to my card however the screen flashed Void with a red X then Declined. She said, ok you’re good to go and proceeded to walk away.

I turned to leave, but then questioned how I would be receiving a refund when the screen flashed void and declined – I never tapped anything. I asked for something to show that my refund was processed and was told that I should see it in 3-5 business days.

She decided to try again, because of course that wasn’t acceptable or accurate. And, once again the screen flashed Void and Declined with a red X, there was nothing to tap.

I was then told I wasn’t tapping fast enough..although there wasn’t anything on screen to tap. She then asked for my card went to the back and came back saying, I don’t know why your card isn’t working (it absolutely works) and handed me cash which is definitely an inconvenience.

At no time was an apology or even an acknowledgment received concerning the fact that I received a meal that was not fresh or edible and had to take time out of my busy schedule to drive back to the restaurant. Additional Customer Service training is needed to better handle situations like this.

The price on the cake was marked as $27.99, but at the register, I was charged $32.99 plus tax. When I complained, they said it was an error, but it’s not the customer’s fault that the prices are labeled incorrectly. I ended up paying more than what the tag said. First and last time I buy a cake here.

The food is nicely affordable. Their fries are really good. Ice cream is always nice. Inside the establishment it’s always nice and cold so your ice cream doesn’t melt and it’s a life saver during the summer.

I ordered a medium sundae. I had to ask just to be sure. I swear that’s a spoonful of toppings. The last time the young lady did it right. I think I’ll skip DQ next time. Hopefully Publix will be open.

Front counter girl mopped the floor when we arrived and it stayed wet for over 30 minutes. Staff was sliding as they walked. Extremely unsafe and I had 4 of my grands with me. We ordered ice cream and my daughter was handed this. Poor customer service. Staff needs inservicing on safety and proper mopping.

I knew DQ is an American brand, but I’ve seen this chain in Korea as well. However, it was my first time trying their drinks. We ordered a white mocha shake and a peanut butter shake, and they were very satisfying! Also, the drive-thru service was quick and polite.

Well first we had Tristian P take our order at the drive thru and was very rude when we asked him to repeat himself because we couldn’t hear what he said. He had an attitude and was very disrespectful. When we got to the window to pick up our cake and pay. Zakiya H. Was also very rude. Pretty much shoved the cake in my hand and the cake box was also open, so that’s cool. Maybe try to teach the employees some respect, because apparently they don’t know what that is.

I went through the drive thru and waited about 25 minutes to have my order taken. That’s understandable but when I received my food it didn’t look fit for consumption. I’m not sure why they would even serve it! The best part of the meal was the drink.

Ordered a small cone and it was sooo smalll. And I paid 3.55 for a mouthful. They have got to do better. Next time I will just go to the grocery store and buy some ice cream. Lesson learned.
