Waited 30 minutes at the drive through, then another 10 minutes while they got my order together. When given my order I asked if it was all in the one bag and was told “yes”. I left….BIG MISTAKE. Got home and 3 items were missing. Got in the car to go back to get missing items and called while driving. First call, they hung up on me. Second call, rang busy, third call, as i was almost half way back to the restaurant someone answered only to be told I had to bring my entire order back and they would make a replacement. Now I had to drive back home again to get it. In essence, they were calling me a liar! I was beyond angry and was not nice on the phone. They tell me they won’t replace my order if I continue to talk to them with anger. I returned and chose to ask for a refund of which they complied. I really was not nice and for that I feel bad but they seem to think to say “everyone makes mistakes” is acceptable. They did keep calm and I would not have continued to be so angry if they would have just apologized and offer some kind of service recovery but they don’t apparently know that they needed to accept responsibility nor realize I felt like I was being called a liar. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION.

Very disappointed in this location. I decided I didn’t want to make dinner and instead spend money that I hardly have on a quick, easy taco bell meal. After waiting a while, we finally got our food. We didn’t check the food until after we got home. I’m not sure what happened to it, but we are so disappointed. I’m really hoping this location can make this right.

If you call and mention your food is not correct, they will tell you that YOU are wrong. Rude managers. Apparently the attached photo is a “chili cheese burrito” even though it is just a scoop of meat with red sauce. Because “that’s how they make their chili”

Nice new Taco Bell on Crile Road in Concord Township is definitely worth a try! Helpful staff. Start out at the ordering Kiosk or on the Taco Bell App. You can add or remove items from your order. Staff said refills on your purchased drinks are still free. My three taco’s were delicious and hit the spot. Large selection on the Soda Fountain also sweet and unsweetened tea. Employees seen cleaning and wiping tables and keeping the sidewalks passable with the incoming snow. ❄️ I did notice the building was kind of compact. The seating is all hard! Didn’t see one soft seat in the place. The garbage can helps sorting garbage from recycling, very thought out! I think Concord Township will enjoy the new Taco Bell in the Crile Road Neighborhood! With the attentive staffing and the delicious food, it sure has enough Yum! (I’ll be back!)

I’d be damned if this isn’t the best Taco Bell in America. The food is always fast, hot, and fully loaded. Staff is nice and always ready to help you out. The interior is clean as a whistle.

The person in the microphone had a very bad attitude did not communicate well. I asked for a certain item and she communicated that they didn’t have it anymore instead of it being out of stock. Makeing me think they were getting rid of this item. Very rude When I asked if it was out of stock or if it was gone forever.

I recently visited the new Taco Bell in on Crile Road and I was absolutely blown away! The food was incredibly delicious and fresh. What truly stood out was the cleanliness of the restaurant—it exceeded my expectations. But what made my experience truly unforgettable were the employees; they were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in any restaurant. Their hospitality and warmth made me feel right at home. If you’re in the area, this Taco Bell is a must-visit!

Saturday night about 7:15 PM placed a $65.00 order at drive thru. Got home and 2 – 12 packs of Taco Supreme Packs were not Supremes. No tomato’s & sour cream. Plus other menu items with again NO SOUR CREAM. Called location and spoke to staff member. Stated our complaint and were told if we wanted to drive back with the food that they would remake the order Very rude and hung up on my daughter. We tried to call back and then the phone was busy. Be careful ordering at the Concord Twp. location to make sure your order is correct. Also no receipt was given so ask for receipt so when you call back you have proof of what you actually ordered. Also only 5 mild sauces when we ordered 12 hard & 12 soft tacos.

Oh where do I begin. I placed an online order and I went to pick it up. There was nobody else in line. As soon as I got to the speaker I was told that they got too large (70 items to be exact) of an order and couldn’t take anymore orders. We told her we just had an online order so we were just picking up (we already paid). Very rudely, she said “ok but it’ll be a while, it’s me and one other person.” When we got to the window, she was SCREAMING at her coworkers. She was directly in front of the window having a breakdown. It was so loud we could hear it, through the window, in our car. She continued to do this for a few minutes. Finally we got our food, and at this point a third worker walked in. She just started screaming in their face. When we got home, the food was made horribly. For example, the Crunchwrap was completely open and had very little inside. All of our tacos had so much beef liquid the shell was disintegrated in the wrapper. Overall this experience was disturbing. Will not be returning.
