If I could give zero stars I would. They had the nastiest attitudes ever besides one lady. Like they were terrible. They gave me an OLD strawberry AND cream pies. One lady claimed it was because they just got it out the freezer and that’s why it had the white stuff on it. She then proceeded to say that it was because that was the sugar sprinkles made on it. I order these all the time and KNOWS how they’re supposed to look. Then the next lady I talked to said it was the cream that dried up in the side and that’s why it was like that and said that those came straight out of the oven. They then took the food back and 9/10 put it back on the shelves to sell. Just disgusting and I wouldn’t trust anything from there. They did give me a slushy for free to “make up” for it but I ended up pouring it out cause their attitude was too nasty and I feel like they did something to it. 0/10 will be calling the health department of Virginia 🙁

OMG….this is a first for me. A McRib with no sauce. Like they just dipped one corner in the sauce and put it on the bun. Of course I didn’t see this until we were real far away. Was too busy eating the smoking hot fries…which is becoming more and more rare at most locations.

Didn’t see any recent photos of the playground- so I wanted to include one for others who may be looking for it. Came for the play area and it was surprisingly clean for a fast food establishment; we will be back 🙂

Apparently the table locators are just for show. I, and several other patrons I observed, were in the play area with our kids, waiting for our orders. We each realized that our food was taking a very long time (25 minutes for me) and separately went up to the front to find our food waiting for us. The employees had apparently decided they were too busy with the drive through to waste their time bringing food to customers inside. Upon receiving my food I discovered my monopoly game piece was missing. Given the lack of professionalism already displayed by the employees, I can only assume one of them took it.

RUDE AS CRAP!!!! I’m door dashing on December 23,2025 2:06pm and I walk in I attempted to greet 2 employees with a friendly HELLO .. it’s the holidays anyway they both looked right past me like I wasn’t even here! I’m am so glad I am practicing living a different way because I could have told them about theirselves…. Management please advice employees to greet every guest ! Sista girl with the locs acting like she in charge she may be a manager not sure however she needs a talking to in how to have a positive attitude at work cussing n fussing smh

The service was absolutely trash which I don’t expect much from McDonald’s employee as they never seen to want to be there but to just not actively look for a resolution is insane. I am sick and in pain. I just needed a orange juice and has brown to take my meds and get through the morning. That didn’t happen instead I had a grown man being Sassy With me at 8 in the morning. I hate men who act like they don’t like women for being women. well. Beware of the “friendly” rude manager Kelvonte. Coming from a member of the LGBT community he needs to do better and show some respect!

McDonald’s is one of those places that everyone knows, and I have to say that the customer service at my local location has always been surprisingly good. The staff is usually friendly and attentive, and they work hard to make sure your order is taken quickly and delivered with a smile. Even when the restaurant is busy, the employees seem to stay patient and courteous, which makes the overall experience pleasant. For that reason alone, I think the service deserves recognition.
However, when it comes to the food itself, my opinion is much less positive. While McDonald’s is convenient and affordable, the quality of the meals leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the items taste heavily processed, and the freshness can be inconsistent. The burgers and fries are fine if you are in a rush or craving fast food, but I wouldn’t consider them good quality meals. Even the healthier options on the menu don’t taste particularly fresh.

I drive past a mcdonalds to go to this one. It is by far the best one with the best food, drinks and service. Fries were so good. Not one wilted fry in the bunch. The chocolate shake was so good, it tasted like one from a soda shop.

The manager named Allena l really came thru on my visit to McDonald’s today. Something occurred while I was at the store, and asked for a refund. She received my complaint with an open mind and allowed me took care of my family and I at the end of it. She is a difference maker at this location. I normally don’t even eat McDonald’s but I’ll definitely make more visits especially with her over shifts.

Doordashed twice because they messed up the first time. 2 double cheeseburgers no mustard, no ketchup, extra pickles add tomatoes. It comes with mustard.
Irritated, I let doordash know and reorder.
This time it comes with ketchup.
