The other day during the weekend, I wanted to have some pizza for lunch so I went to Papa John’s in the neighborhood when I got home open the box and noticed that the pizza only had sauce and cheese and 7 pieces of chicken in the middle. damn things are bad!

Papa John’s is probably my favorite of the fast food pizza chains, and this is a convenient location in the area. Ordering over the phone was a bit of an ordeal, especially since the person taking me order seemed to have a hard time understanding me and kept going around in circles for clarification. It was a ten-minute process for a couple of items, including holds. I’ll probably just order online if I come back. Fortunately, the service was a lot better at the store, though not overly friendly, but best of all, my food was ready on time and I didn’t need to wait very long. The food was fresh and tasted good, though the garlic knots were a bit greasier and more overcooked than usual.

It seems that the boneless chicken bites, have gotten smaller, or at times, I buy a 10 piece but get 9 pieces, and at times they forget to give me a cup of BBQ sauce…and I have been a long time customer over 15 years, the service has changed too. I give only a one star.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Papa John’s. I hope this was a one off experience for this restaurant as I haven’t been to this location before. I ordered ahead. My food wasn’t ready when I arrived. Then they made a mistake and said they had to remake my food. It was at least an hour from ordering until I could take my food. Very frustrating.

A large is 14″ ? That’s a medium at best. Outer 2″ had no sauce and toppings were mighty thin throughout. Flavor was good however. I’m going to start making mine from scratch at home with the price of pizza these days

The last few times I ordered from here the food was terrible. I’m not expecting any gourmet pizza but I at least expect it to be edible. It just poor quality of food being produced from this company. They are robbing people of their time, patience and money. I will continue to let those at work and in my community know of the poor quality of the food being served at this location.
