I recently fell in love with this place!
My first experience was horrible but it was due to my serve THIS time was perfect
The server was attentive and helpful
It was gorgeous outside and I love that the seating area outside is Covered
The drinks and food were both Amazing!!
Definitely coming back and requesting the same server 5 star !!
Totally Recommend all their drinks !! We had pina colada margaritas Blue Island Splash and they were all Greatttt at good prices

I recently added a star. New owners last year have improved the food and bar. Really needs a remodel since the interior is pretty run down. But the food had improved and I would recommend it now.

Mi esposa me encantó, así que cinco estrellas o estoy en problemas? I’m kidding! I loved it too and never get into trouble, jajaja. Its all authentic even the salsa, rice and beans. I had the chiles rellenos and oh so yummy! I must say the surprise standout was the mexican flan because they make it there and use cinnamon. Wow, delucioso. We also loved the habenero mango margaritas and the service was awesome.

Wow! Everything was amazing! Best margaritas around as well as the house made salsa! I got the Chile Relleno and beef burrito combo, yum!!!! The service was also amazing! Very nice and attentive staff! Can’t wait to go back and try the Chinese food to!

Great service from waitress but sorry can’t rate higher than 1 star. As we walked in there was a couple smoking and eating in the patio area next to the door way and waitress just let them. Illegal in CA. So we sat inside. Food ok and service was great. Until someone who knew the employees walked in with a dog. Not customers or a service dog. They put he dog in a leash near the office/bathrooms but near where we where sitting. Dog was shaking and it was discussing. Don’t want to eat with dog hair flying all over the place. Then we see the waitress pet the dog in the nose. She handles food. Omg.

One of our usual brunch restaurants was closed for repair and since we were in Poway we searched for an alternative that was close by. This restaurant seemed to have good reviews so we decided to give it a try.
The restaurant itself is in a nice strip mall off Poway Rd. It’s decorated well and offers both indoor and patio dining. It’s very clean and comfortable.
We were seated immediately after entering, offered our choice of inside or outside, it was quiet enough we opted for a comfortable booth inside. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Service was very good, no complaints.
The food was average. Not amazing, not bad. When my food came out it was incorrect but the waitress rectified it quicky and was very sweet about it. Everything was cooked well enough but nothing really stood out about the food. I had a margarita that was tasty.
Overall I’d not go out of my way to eat here again but I wouldn’t balk at it if someone wanted to meet there for lunch. There are both better and worse choices in the area.

Love this place. Start to finish it was a great experience. I called ahead of time and spoke to Alice- she completely catered to my needs and the needs of my family. The margaritas- AMAZING. The food is truly delicious- and made with love. Chef Tang is an absolute gift. You can tell he cares about how everything you eat is prepared. Alice and Chef Tang are the dynamic duo- dream team. Very impressed and can’t wait to come again. Thanks Alice!
