Had coupons, ordered double hamburger, two large blizzards, chicken planks. Hamburger had one burger patty, two blizzards had little if any candy in them ( melted) ordered 6piece chicken but got 4. Had coupons ? Was this the reason it was such bad foos and service? Oh and the drink was all fizzy water! The price even with coupons was atrocious! So not doing this again. Coupons anyone?

Today was the second time we have gone through the drive through and ordered blizzards, and they’ve been melted. Don’t make them so early that by the time the person who ordered them gets to the window, they are melted. Im going to start going and ordering a blizzard and leaving the line every time I pass this dairy queen until they learn not to be lazy.

Went there today to order a burger and they took the 2 vehicles in front of me and me being the last person in line hurrys up and throws the sign up that their closed due to weather looks at me and tells me their closed I’m already last and in line you just took the vehicles in front why not just take mine also then be done it was very rude. We stopped for gas when traveling through and I went in only for a butterfinger blizzard.
Yum.
Server was nice, but a low talker and I had trouble hearing her over the noise, the place had a small crowd inside and busy drive through.
I did like how she tipped the blizzard upside down with the spoon in the center, hadn’t seen anyone do that before

We got chicken strip baskets with extra fries, and fudge sundaes. Asked for fresh chicken + fresh fries, didnt mind however long it could take. We got through the drive thru quickly, and the employee was friendly, but she promised they’d just pulled the food up and it was hot and fresh. We drove to our destination (literally less than a 3 minute drive down to the store), parked, and all of the food but one order of fries was lukewarm. The chicken was gross, the vanilla ice cream had a weird texture and flavor, with a strong aftertaste.

Usually dont do fast food but hand a hankering for a burger and fries.
Was surprised at the freshness of the lettuce, onion and tomato. Overall burger was good with staff being friendly. Service was quick.
