Zero atmosphere inside compared to when they used to have more and real table seating. Tables are left with trash and crumbs from the last poor souls who chose to eat here. Employees are constantly chattering behind the wall in the hidden kitchen. They’re walking orders out the door 4 times fast than indoor orders, so I guess even the drive through is too much for them to handle.
The food was hot and decent, and the employees were nice, if you could find them,; but considering the whole experience, I don’t think it’s worth coming back here.
…and like all of their other responses, McD’s wants me to visit their website and perform their quality control for them.
Told I’m rude, need to sleep more and how dare I come to this store.?????? Excuse me? This is how the workers talk to customers? Clearly. Sad part was she had her worker take MY DRINK out to another car and then that driver was upset bc it wasn’t even theirs. Worst McDonald’s in Mandeville. Worst McDonald’s around. This worker is the ugliest attitude person I have ever encountered. She’s in a good place- McDonald’s.
After seeing guests waiting to order, I used the kiosk. No number, no printout. So now I’m in the same situation as the people waiting to order. Did it go through?
This is during lunch time 1:30ish on a Friday. Customers make the business succeed. When the service is terrible, the customers quit going, then the business ceases to exist.
We only have 3 people working (owners and upper management fault in my opinion, not the kids working here).
Anyway the old grey head lady in there is going to be the fall of this location SHE WAS RUDE!
I was charged an up charge fee for a medium Sprite ( I ordered sweet tea; I was given a medium sweet tea); we I asked manager about it she became argumentative. She refused my requested large sweet tea and gave me twenty cents, no apologies JUST evil eyes… the kids were obviously embarrassed and said she’s always like that and that’s why people quit. I was ordering this food for someone else and I will not be returning to this location… I recall last year same scenario but she was rude to the person ahead of me…
Replace her and clean the facility or close it- her customer service skills are NON EXISTING. And she’s a bad example for the employees and certainly a bad representation of fast food workers. Ronald McDonald would faint at this experience! Rated 0

Stopped by again today because it’s the closest one to Castine Center. Not surprising, I was parked again, along with everyone before and after me.
