Malnati’s pizza has gone downhill since the family sold the company. The deep dish pizza is more like a thin crust pizza. They have sacrificed quality to save a few bucks. What a disappointment.

We placed an order from Lou Malnati’s on Christmas Eve, and it was absolutely fantastic. Even on such a busy holiday, the food was fresh, hot, and ready right on time. The deep-dish pizza was delicious with that perfect buttery crust and generous toppings, and everyone in our family loved it. We really appreciated the great service and care that went into our order it helped make our holiday dinner extra special. Dave went out of his way to make sure our family was all taken care of. Christmas Eve turned out as best ever thanks to Lou Malnati and Dave ! For 61 years I have hosted for my growing family and all the preparations . so overwhelming! Decided to go the everybody’s favorite Pizza! Even for the gluten free peeps, the whole experience as well as the day got me off the hook and a new tradition has been born! Dave helped me figure out how many pizzas needed had a salad bar with Lou’s salad and it was wonderful! Bless you !

Always love Lou Malnati’s, we get deep dish most of the time but we ordered yesterday and the pizza was not deep dish! It was the worst pizza we have ever gotten from Lou’s. Thin and didn’t taste right at all, was like a thin pizza like it didn’t rise at all and the crust didn’t taste like the butter crust we are used to. Was very disappointed in it , didn’t even finish it. Don’t know who made it but wasn’t what we’re used to.

Was back in there for 4 days ordered from here twice ….very disappointing…a girl took our order we specified extra sauce with sausage patty …we love the thick layer of sausage ….took pizza home there VERY little sausage ruins the whole pizza experience the fat and flavor in the sausage it really the key ingredient to this pizza for me …for $37.00 definitely expect the pizza to have a lot in ingredients and come out as ordered …! My 17 yr old son was very disappointed and only at 2 pieces instead of his regular 3. Also ordered a thin crust and lou salad ..they should really give you more salad dressing what they provide is a not enough to be honest..
3 days later ordered the same large pizza extra sausage with sausage patty and also mentioned that my last pizza had very little sausage and was NOT “pattied”! ….Thought they would make sure this one was after mentioning it and giving them some negative feedback ….but again very little sausage not the regular sausage patty we are used to and love about lou malnatis ….again disappointed I live FL most of the time and when I back here I have lous numerous times …I might have to go to another location as this one doesn’t seem to get it ..and the pizza makers seem to be skimping on ingredients even though they are charging nearly 40 dollars for a pizza …hopefully the manager reads this and corrects the pizza makers !

I ordered a custom small deep dish pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and hot honey sauce. My pizza came not only with giardinera, but it was soaking wet with liquid and it became super soggy. I usually have a great experience at this place, but this was disgusting.
