Stopped to get 2 large cheese pizzas & 2 Crazy Bread orders w/ 2 Marinara Sauce for a grand total of $27.46!
The price in my opinion is way better when compared to Dominos or Pizza Hut.
Taste of the pizza and crazy bread was ok.
Food was ready to go in 10 minutes- excellent customer service!

Just left this location. Pre-ordered a lunch special Detroit style pizza online like I always do to have it made fresh. Waited 10 mins for it to get done just to notice that their tracker said the pizza was done just one minute after I ordered and it was ready for pickup. I went in and got it from the pizza portal and the pizza was very overcooked it was not fresh so the cheese had solidified and it was dry. I inquired about having the pizza remade due to it not being fresh. Owner said they open at 11a so it was fresh. It was 11:52 at the time. Won’t be coming back to this location. Some people should not franchise. Too greedy to provide basic customer service.

They had us wait on pizza only to give us a pizza that had been just sitting . We were there yesterday. It wasn’t busy or anything . Rude male manager . I won’t be back ! Oh and he wouldn’t allow me to switch a sauce I purchased

Stopped by to get a pizza today and I was craving it all week but sadly the pizza I got was burnt and rock hard it hurt to even eat. The gal that gave it to me was very sweet and let me know it was sitting for a bit but I didn’t think that it was un edible. I wish I could go back and get my money since that pizza was not edible. Will not be coming back to this location. ˙◠˙

Qucik service through the app. Though I have to laugh at the app asking for tips when I order it online, go in and pick it up without ever dealing with a person. So, tip for what? Perhaps Little Ceasars should pay their people properly. I have only ever tipped delivery drivers from there.

Walked in, I said hello to the person at the register, he completely ignored me and continued to sort sauces behind the counter. He then looked at me, and walked away. He came back after 2 minutes from the back, and finally greeted me. I then ordered their thin crust pizza, which is advertised as hot and ready until 8pm, it was 7:03. I was informed it would take 10 minutes, that’s fine I understand. What was not acceptable is that it took 28 minutes to receive my pizza. This was not a staffing issue as when I looked in the back, there were over 4 people, 5 including the guy at the front. Just insane that a pizza chain that advertises itself on being hot and ready, takes longer to prepare a pizza than most dominos. Do yourself a favor and go to the Little Caesars in glen Ellyn, it’s just 10 minutes up Roosevelt, and you will never experience anything like this.
