The staff working tonight were absolutely amazing!! They only had 2 people working and they were making the food as fast as they could. Being busy could have given them every reason to be miserable but instead they were kind from the second we walked in. My 11yo son left them a small tip and they made him feel so special for a his kindness even though he just wanted them to feel appreciated for their hard work and didn’t expect anything from it. I can not express enough what their excitement/kindness did for my son and how amazing he felt! He has not stopped talking about Matt and his coworker (we did not get her name). Absolutely beautiful humans!!

This is 2nd pretzel crust pizza with zero salt! Hello lazy worker, pretzel crust is supposed to have salt on it. Completely ruins the taste of pizza. Not sure if I will order again. The Buffalo wings were not good either, barely any sauce so taste was blah. Do better.

I placed my order 20 minutes before going and picking it up. Ordered 2 orders of pepperoni puffs and a pizza. The only thing made to order was the pizza. The puffs were cold and didn’t even have pepperoni. Got halfway down the road, and I’m glad I checked. Went back, and the store itself is like a sweatshop. Took a bit for a cashier to even ask what was wrong.. I had brought them in to show they messed up my order. Instead of an apology and a let me fix that, I got a “we can’t take that back.” Then a “you don’t need to get an attitude” when I said I had brought them back to show they gave the wrong order. Seriously, label your hot&ready items so you don’t give out the wrong order. Instead of walking around in the back saying that you knew the order was wrong, take the time to do your job right. I get you have a thankless job. There are things you can do to make your life easier, though. Didn’t even care about the jalapeño that made it onto the pie.

I pulled up to the drive-thru only to see an employee sitting in a chair with her back to the window not paying attention at all. The employees are extremely lazy. I ordered cheesy bread and instead of cheesy bread, they put two slices of pizza in a box. The pizza had zero sauce on it at all and the employees were not wearing gloves while preparing the food.

Terrible customer service. Waited over a half an hour for two orders of crazy bread just to get a refund, because the workers there are incompetent. No personality, both workers there smelled like weed, and was not using proper hand hygiene when handling the food. The girl was on her phone the entire time while also handling food with no gloves. If you’re ever thinking of going to the Yorkville one, don’t. I’d rather risk getting robbed on Mohawk street to go to that Little Caesar’s than ever go here again.

Placed a online order for pickup through the drive thru, got to the window and was treated like I was bothering him and was told our order hasn’t even been put in the oven and that they’re super busy because it’s football Sunday and that it’s going to be at least 25 minutes or more before my food was ready.
Will not be going to this location ever again. I’ll drive out of my way to visit a different location for now on.
And honestly this place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

I ended up waiting about twenty minutes for a supposedly “hot and ready” pizza. The staff seemed both shocked and annoyed that someone wanted them to produce food in exchange for money.

Ordered 2 pizzas one pepperoni and one 3 meat deep dish. Did NOT order extra pepperoni yet the pizza is completely covered and layered with it, there is more pepperoni than dough and the dough was undercooked I couldn’t even pick up a slice without it falling apart. The deep dish was so undercooked the dough was still raw two bites into a slice. Placed the order online for pickup it took over 20mins there was no line at all when we pulled up. Tried calling 3 times no one answered the first two tries then after endless ringing got hung up on the third call. We ended up recooking the pizzas in our oven and had a much later meal than planned. Very unhappy with the staffing at this location especially recently.

Honestly they dont even get 1 star… I ordered dinner for my family of 7 we got 3 different pizzas and 2 orders of stuffed bread. Spent over $40. And it didn’t look or taste good at all!
The pretzel pizza didn’t look or taste like it should, the cheese pizza looked like crap, the only 1 that looked half way good was stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but turns out that 1 wasnt all the way done! And if I didn’t live almost 40 minutes away I would of took it all back… at least the dogs got some pizza ♀️ wont be going back!
