I was hungry for pizza and decided to visit my favorite Round Table off Farmers Lane. As usual, the staff was friendly, and helpful with my ordering questions. They were prompt in preparing my pizza, and delivered my order promptly with a smile. The food quality was five star, which I’ve come to expect. They have a large clean dining room, where I was able to pick from among nine big screen tv’s to watch my favorite sporting content while I ate, and yet it was not overly loud. The friendly staff, first class customer service, quality and great tasting food, and comfortable atmosphere, will keep me coming back, again and again.

We went for my grandsons second birthday dinner and the lady at the counter was so sweet explained all the deals. She helped us out so much. She gave the best customer service. Definitely will be back because of her Dylan and Sheila were amazing. They are definitely what keeps your location going.

I’m sorry I waited so long to visit this Santa Rosa remodeled Roundtable Pizza restaurant. It is fabulous. The interior is bright, welcoming, and well designed. The adult beverage bar is tremendous. You pay by the ounce of the beer or wine you choose and consume. The prices are very economical. (Especially the Lunch Special).

Customer service was great today, staff in the dinning area checking up and making sure all is good and even getting us some cups for water since we order for take out but decided to eat when we saw the game was on. It a great spot to watch anything with the amout of TV’s they have visible anywhere you decided to sit.

Came in on Valentines Day, and Anthony S was super kind, energetic and overall a great help! We had several questions about the menu and he knew the answer to them all! This Round Table has good pizza, but my recent visit was ruined by terrible service. The manager was super rude and seemed annoyed to be there. On top of that, one of the employees actually told the cashier to charge us extra for water cups! Like, seriously? The food is decent, but the awful management makes it not worth the hassle. Avoid this place if you value good service.

the atmosphere is very nice. I love the open space concept. the cashier was really friendly, as well the food was great. However the person who brought out out order was not friendly, wouldn’t even say one word to us. we had to keep asking for something really simple for the salad bar. the nice cashier helped us. I wish I could give 5 stars but for now 4 stars. Also you need a cash tip jar

I remember when the location opened and it was a little rocky at first, gave it another shot (closer to home) and glad I did. Good quality and good service— I was caught off guard when I found out I couldn’t tip on my credit card transaction tho.

I’ve been toy fair share of Round Tables, and this is the best one yet. Usually, Round Table pizza is vaguely disappointing, but this was delicious, and I would definitely go back for more. The decor and everything is also clean and modern, which I find nice, but perhaps lacks the charm of the knights from the 90s/early 2000’s.
They have a limited arcade that is more so toy/prize gambling, and they have a pay per ounce beer wall.

The company did reach out to me but when I emailed a reply to them it was crickets and I still have not heard back from them. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

When we called to ask where our pizza was after it was 30 minutes late, we were given the run around and then transferred to another employee, who tried to figure out where our order was. She then told us that it is going out with the delivery driver then. The order ended up being an hour late. We ordered two pizzas and bread twist. One of the pizzas we ordered had pineapple, olives and bacon, the other pizza was a Maui Zowie. We got a combination pizza and a slice from our Maui Zowie was gone!! I get being busy and have no issues with it being late but the fact that we had issues with the pizza!! This is the second time with this Round Table messing up our order. For the price we pay now for 2 pizzas and getting service like this is absolute inexcusable.
