We were waited on by Parker who always had a smile and we had the Caribbean Jerk Lamp Chops(AMAZING)! We also ordered the Prestige Burger.(cooked with love). The chicken and sausage gumbo !!!! Whew !!! Nothing else to say
All of our food came out hot and fresh. It was all delicious and they have a very distinct flavor we really enjoyed.
I ordered the “Make me smirk” drink. (Margarita), It was very good.
The owner Michelle was walking around engaging with her guests. The low lighting provided a very intimate feel which was perfect for date night.
Very refreshing environment, positive energy from the entire staff.
All prices were very fair and similar to others in our area.
We most definitely will be back

If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re seriously missing out! The food is a solid 10/10 — absolutely delicious. The service is top-notch, with attentive and friendly waitresses who make you feel right at home. They offer hookah, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe you won’t find anywhere else in Lake Charles. The owner is professional, welcoming, and hands-on with the experience. I can’t say enough good things — you have to try this place for yourself!

The service was some of the best service I’ve ever experienced
They have mocktails AND cocktails and it becomes a “Bar” after 9pm (just an adult atmosphere)
I cannot say a single negative thing about this experience and I will most certainly be visiting often

Prestige 337 is truly a Gem! The owner is so down to earth and genuinely sweet, which makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. The staff is just as amazing—every single person is kind, professional, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a place where the atmosphere is so positive and the people are so sincere. I Highly recommend Prestige 337 to anyone looking for excellent service and an uplifting experience!

Very long wait for food, 50 minutes at least. They had plastic cutlery, coffee machine was broken and the food was average. Waitress was nice however.

We wanted over an hour and a half for the food and over 15-20 mins for drinks. We had a party of 6. My friend had to continuously go to the front and check on the status of the food/drinks
The waitress was the food runner, bartender, door greeter, host, and waitress. When the check comes gratuity is added. The waitress was nice but the gratuity should not have been added. The owner of 337 prestige should have been responsible for their employee extra monetary expenses for her being the only person there. She would have gotten a tip but not as much as that gratuity because it was not a great customer experience.
The restaurant being open and understaff affects the customer who is spending their money and this should definitely be addressed! If you do not have the staff do not open. If you do not have a staff member who can work a room and not miss a beat do not open or get some help.

Had the hamburger and fries, the hamburger was cooked perfect, hot and huge. Fries were plenty, more than enough for anyone, I had enough left for my next meal. Drinks are mixed just how I like, strong and wet.
If you haven’t tried them you missing out, lunch or night drinks you won’t regret giving them a try.

To say Lake Charles don’t have many spots this is a great spot to visit Nightlife wise, music was great, vibe is cool, drinks are good and strong. I had a tab open and all the bartenders kept checking to see if I was ok every time they passed me, which is something rarely happens in most bars or lounges. It’s a great place hopefully the community supports and keep it open.

First of all the vibe was EVERYTHING! My drinks were so delicious that I didn’t even know I was drunk until I got up. The food was 1000000/10 (no lies)! The music was on point & the owner engaged in conversation with everyone who entered! Definitely needed this in Lake Charles!
