Disgusting store, too many employees not doing anything productive of helpful to the business. To-go orders that are ready will sit on the shelf with not a single person helping the customers. So much so I had to wait in line for people to place their order just to pick mine up. The guy who’s sole job is to heat the bread should be fired immediately!

The people working there are very ignorant. I went up there because I spilled a drink on the floor and they clearly saw what happened, so I went to ask for napkins and they just stared at me and the one lady shook her head no. They will not be getting service from me ever again. They don’t even deserve one star.

Cheese steaks are good, inconsistent with their portions though. I’ve come three times this week and get a different portion of meat each time I order the same thing. Also keep finding bits of peppers in my cheesesteak even though I ask without.
Don’t order the cheese and bacon fries. Really gross that they put cold bacon bits on top.
They also use fancy ketchup. Why not support Heinz in Pittsburgh
