Im very disappointed. I went in there before the big blizzard buying lots of food and not one sauce was given. I didnt know the bald man did not put them in the bag. I ordered them on the side. Plus there were NO OTHER customers so what would have made you forget? I wasnt even talking to distract him. I trusted him so i didnt check the bag after in good spirits. BUT By the time I checked I was far away and could not return. Imagine eating this food dry with NO HOT OR WHITE SAUCE. Plus because of no sauce all I could taste was an abundance of ginger which was not that great. It will be a very long time if I ever return.

Today was the 2nd time we have eaten at this place, the first one was 3 days ago, we had to go back!. Both times have been delicious!! I am shocked about the bad reviews, I noticed mostly it wasn’t because of the food but the customer experience, which in our case, the service has ben amazing! everyone is so friendly! the place looks clean, the food is delicious, you gotta try the lamb!! makes all the difference. I had a chicken and lamb sandwich and my boyfriend the platter version of the same… no pics of that one as he tackled it as soon as he sat down LOL it is THAT good!! I understand people are entitled to their opinion but I say you should give it a try and judge for yourselves.
Lots of reviews compare this food to the original Halal Guys from Manhattan and is unfair, because this is not the same location! Duh! I’ve never had them in the City nor ever will go there so no, I don’t need to know if it tastes the same and definitely doesn’t need to be rated based on that. Its like comparing the cooking to both of your grandma’s…
Anyway, you should try it!

Normally the food is delicious but today 11-3-25, I was very disappointed when I got home to find a long black hair and a piece of plastic wrapper in the food. I hope standards don’t decline as we will give it another chance but if it happens again .. we won’t continue to go there.

The food is very tasty but it was this black big girl with glasses on. She was very unprofessional and bad attitude. I told her I didn’t want vegetables with my order. She staring sharing her head, rolling her eyes, and talking underneath her breath. I would say she needs more training on dealing with customers or customers services. Thank you.
