Took 15 minutes for me to get my grilled cheese sandwich and when I finally got it, it was two lightly toasted pieces of bread with cheese in the middle that I could obviously tell they microwaved, very frustrating. I didn’t think you could mess up a grilled cheese sandwich that bad.

I’ve been here a few times now since I like to “study hop” between different coffee shops to keep myself motivated. I usually go inside to pick up my coffee and study. Their coffee is good, and they have a great variety. I like the inside of the shop, but there have been a few times where tables were dirty and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The service has always been just okay.
Today my experience was a bit frustrating. I wanted their coffee but didn’t plan on coming inside since it was actively snowing. I ordered through their app like I usually do and went through the drive-thru. When I told the girl I had a mobile order, she sounded confused and said, “mobile order?” I clarified that I ordered through the app, and she bluntly told me I had to come inside to pick it up.
The drive-thru is set up so that you’re basically stuck until you drive all the way through. Thankfully no one was behind me, so I was able to reverse out, but it still felt unsafe especially given that it was snowing. When I came inside, no-one greets me. I walked over and saw that the drive-thru window is literally about four feet from the pickup table. The barista on the microphone was staring at me while I grabbed my drink, which just felt unnecessary.
I understand if that’s store policy, but then it really needs to be made clear on the app. The text-confirmation just says “Come to (address)” and doesn’t specify that mobile orders must be picked up inside. I assumed it worked similarly to places like City Brew, where baristas can grab mobile orders from the pickup table if you go through the drive-thru. To make it more confusing, there was no name or sticker on the coffee, so I had to ask someone to verify that it was mine.
I think they could improve on the customer service side and be clearer about their mobile order process. This service makes me a bit more hesitant to drive out to Four Corners for their coffee.

Here i am again in the most ridiculously slow and unpredictable drive-through in all of Gallatin Valley. The only reason I can give a 2 star review is because the employees are very nice. Nice and always pleasant, but they have no leadership or training so can’t really fault them for being stuck here again. They’re the only reason we keep coming back, but it’s just such a painful experience that it needs to be known.
There’s apparrently no standard protocol for taking orders, it’s almost never repeated or confirmed, is incorrect 25-30% of the time, and either not fully cooked or hot 50% of the time. It’s gotten worse since the beginning of 2026. It’s taken almost 30 minutes to get to the window to get our drinks and there were 3 vehicles ahead of us.
It’s priced like a high end coffee shop, but with low end service and consistency. It’s a sad state and wish I didn’t need to write this review, but it’s not the fault of the baristas. Great potential, but abysmal execution.
Sad for the baristas and the poor people just getting in line.

I’m here to write an honest review. I thought the service was good and everyone was pleasant and nice. However, the London fog and autumn fog I got, just had zero flavor. I would say the burrito and egg bites where better, but still very plain. Not sure how the coffee is since I didn’t get any.

The moment I rolled through their drive-thru, I knew I’d stumbled onto something special. Their iced dirty chai is pure sweet-chai magic with a smooth espresso kick that tastes like caffeinated joy. It’s creamy, bold, and way too easy to fall in love with. honestly, I catch myself driving out of my way for this version. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Mazevo is very hit or miss, with it unfortunately being more a miss than a hit. More often than not, the service is slow, the coffee doesn’t taste quite right or it’s only 3/4 full when they hand it to you, or the food is poorly made or poorly heated up. They often forget to give you cream cheese, or give you two, or only one. The team is very friendly most of the time, but they seem very disorganized and inconsistent. Would love to continue to come back to Mazevo since it’s so convenient and cozy,

With more people working than in line, it can still take more than 30 mins to get a drink and a snack. 9 times out of 10 the drink order is wrong and I don’t like attitude if I have to ask for the thing that was forgotten. Every day seems like the first day for everyone and in the beginning I felt bad as it seemed like a management issue, but it’s been years at this point.

My favorite coffee shop in Bozeman for sure! I love the atmosphere so much. The building itself is light inside which I love, but also the demographic of people is great as well as the flow. The staff are always kind and helpful. The drinks are amazing and they have options for traditional coffee but also the extra stuff as well. I recommend it to everyone!
