Menus crusty and sticky!! Gross bathroom for ladies, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I don’t think the sinks and counters have been cleaned for some time! The doors entering the restaurant and to the restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Hopefully they’ll get a cleaning crew in stat to sanitized & clean the place.I I can only imagine if the bathrooms look that the kitchen????? so I wouldn’t advise any food simply because the atmosphere was quite dirty the service was less than par. The bartender was not very attentive. She was polite. This was my 1st time in. For me if I am eating and drinking I would like the atmosphere to be clean. Jus sayin!!!!!

Great table service and tasty drinks. The band, Jeff Allen Shaw and Co, was Outstanding! Please bring them back often! Their music is super danceable and the sound quality was excellent. Special thanks to the Drummer, Joe. He made the night memorable for several of us!

We went on a Thursday night when the band Jeff Allen Shaw & Company (Jas&Co) was playing! They were phenomenal!! I hope to come back to see them play again! The lead guitarists and drummer were on fire and the whole band just filled the place with amazing vibes and music . The food was great and service was so good ! I want to come see the band again! It was so much fun!! This band had people dancing and singing it was amazing !

I stopped in with nothing but good intentions. I came by to personally thank the owners for what they do for the local community and to offer free tickets to our upcoming festival as a gesture of appreciation. Right at the door, I was told that no management was available and that I should speak with the bartender instead. That’s where things went downhill fast.
The bartender didn’t just decline the conversation — she wouldn’t even let me finish a single sentence. I was immediately brushed off, spoken over, and literally waved away like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential supporter of the business. She turned her back on me mid-interaction and walked away without any explanation or professionalism whatsoever. It was genuinely shocking behavior for someone working in customer service, especially in a bar that relies on community relationships and word of mouth.
Whether I was offering free tickets, asking a question, or just stopping in as a regular customer, no one deserves to be treated that way. First impressions matter, and this one was awful. If this is how guests are handled, especially when they come in respectfully and with positive intentions, then there’s a serious issue. You really need a new bartender — someone without the attitude and with basic customer service skills — because that interaction alone guarantees I won’t be back, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Met a Group of people here for a birthday party Saturday 02/28/2026. The bartender is extremely rude and mean! She was being pretty nasty to everyone around. It took over half an hour to get a pretzel. When I asked the man sitting at the door about the pretzel, he told me go talk to the bartender. The bartender wouldn’t even look my direction. The food was terrible and the place was really dirty! If you want to get drinks, don’t go to Cactus Jacks! The bartender is the worst!

I’ve been in Arizona for 4 years now this was my first time at Cactus Jack Bar and Grill live music it’s Big Leo season so I was celebrated by my friends and I was able to perform my own personal song during karaoke. The premium drink and wings special was my favorite. I was able to dance and enjoy myself at reserved table. A party of four, including myself, visited Cactus Jack’s the other night. The experience was mixed. The food was classic bar fare — I had the fried fish, as did one of my companions — and overall, it was nothing special. Definitely bar food, not chef-inspired cooking. You get what you pay for.
The adult beverages were also below par, likely reflecting happy hour quality and pricing. On the upside, the entertainment was great, and the atmosphere was lively and friendly. There was no cover charge, and the crowd helped make the night enjoyable.
In short, the people and the music carried the evening, but the food and drinks fell short. A fun vibe, but overall below par — not sure it’s a place I’d rush back.
