The staff was getting their butts kicked tonight 11/7 and they were still so friendly and went above and beyond for service. I had to wait an extra 5 min because of a mistake that they caught before even handing me the pizza and they were so apologetic and accommodating. My pizzas were special order, so it was not a big deal to wait a little longer because of a simple mistake but they still made sure to make me feel like my order mattered and it was so refreshing. Extra hats off to the two gentlemen cutting and packing the pizzas tonight. They walked my order out to me and explained what happened and sincerely apologized. What a team they have there. 10/10 will order again. The pizzas were great too!! Thanks a bunch yall!

Called for my order supposedly was supposed to to be delivered lucky I called because they had it for takeout. This is not the first time screwing up my order. 1st time it took two hours for my pizza to be delivered and when I received it the pizza was like cardboard and cold. They called me and told me they would give me a free pizza next time which is fine but they still charged me delivery fee for their screw up. With that being said said they just lost me as a customer

My food arrived a half hour after the scheduled time. It was cold and was all over the box. Had to microwave it to eat my $46 order. I called the restaurant and the mgr was on another call. I left my information and said that I would like to discuss my order. I am still waiting for a very unprofessional manager to call me back. I guess Pizza Hut dont care about my business, they already got my money.

LOVE the classic atmosphere for dining in, especially since so many Pizza Huts are downsized. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, accommodating and welcoming. In most visits, we are recognized as regulars. LOVE Whitehall Rd. PIZZA HUT

Great food, $6.99 lunch special where you can pick 2 items off of what seems to be a “favorites” list. I actually had a hard time deciding and almost purchased extra. Waitress was very nice I’m sorry I didnt get your name. We will def return to this location. Good customer service with a smile.

“oh, just throw some hot mushrooms on top, they won’t know we forgot them!” $16 for a medium cheese, pineapple, mushroom pizza and you can’t even make it right?!? The cheese is barely existent, and who wants to pay an extra $2 and some change for “extra cheese?” when the extra cheese should be considered regular cheese ♀️ I am extremely disappointed!

Tell you what. I had the tavern ultimate tavern and the double pepperoni tavern. Delivered and were both really great pizzas. Pizza hut has never been in my tops, but what they have been doing lately is great. Trying new things. Ultimate was really good.

Ordered a LG 3 topping and cheese stick and was notified my order was ready. Arrived to be told I was waiting on the sticks. 20m later I got yesterday’s dough. Flat and inedible. On my way out the door they asked if I wanted a cupcake.
