This Papa John’s has been a longtime fixture for ages within the Dollar General Plaza. I have not ever had any bad experiences at this particular location, as it seems to be well-managed & the staff has always been courteous & helpful to me—even those rare times when they could not assist me with a request right off the bat (i.e., reload my gift card).
Besides earning points on every order through their generous Papa dough rewards program, I also greatly appreciate the fact that after almost every online or app order, you will likely receive an automated email for a feedback survey. You’re incentivize to fill out this survey because once it’s completed, Papa John’s will immediately send you a promo code for FREE cheesesticks ($10 value & it’s valid for 90 days) After all, who doesn’t love free great-tasting cheese bread
Most recently, I tried Papa John’s new limited time salted caramel blondie & I certainly was not disappointed! It had a refreshingly warm & soft texture like a typical chocolate brownie, but it also had a unique buttery taste with just the right amount of sweetness (absolutely delicious) I will definitely be ordering this decadent blondie treat again & I hope that it will eventually become a permanent fixture on their desserts menu Better ingredients, better pizza (& more)…Papa John’s!

Ordered pizza for my family & it was really good! Everything made how I ordered it on the app & nothing was missing. I really appreciate that.
The kids loved their pizza & we love the stuffed crust! I tried the hot lemon pepper wings for the first time & I didn’t taste the lemon pepper but it does have a low kick to it.
If you have a low tolerance for spice, you’ll think it’s spicy.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this establishment. There was a roach that crawled out of my food a few months ago. Called corporate multiple times for a refund. NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK! It was a night shift and they even forgot my sauce cups. Disgusting that nothing was ever done. This facility is dirty based off of this. Unless u want to eat roaches I’d just order from another papa John’s and pick it up.

Please protect JASON at all costs !!! He made the best Hawaiian chicken barbecue i ever had at 2 in the morning which means dedication and consistency. I called after i picked up the pizza which was way after 2 am just to say thank you and he literally answered the phone after closing time!

Never ordering from this place again The service was horrible talk to the manager Jason Kept giving me the run around on an order I placed through Papa Jhons waited hours never got my delivery called back to ask where my delivery was Jason. The manager told me they gave my order to a DoorDash that never showed up and the reason they did it is because they had no drivers available.

I absolutely love Papa John’s pizza. Hands down, the Best pizza chain to me. This location is genuine, and I have received nothing but the best service. We are regulars, and we get treated as such. The management is bar none. Very professional and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh! The delivery is always on time, fresh, and hot. Drivers are friendly and efficient. This is my set location, and I will always come here first for my pizza and extras. Thank you for always providing great service when I visit. You know who you are!

I love this location.The food is always delivered fresh and expediently, but I hate the fact that you use DoorDash for some of of your deliveriess. Every time they ignore the delivery instructions of simple hand to me. And because I don’t order it through DoorDash.There’s no consequences when they don’t follow instructions. I’ve had deliveries that I had no idea were left outside the gate of the courtyard of my house that we’re sitting there for a half an hour because nobody bothered even knock on the door. I wish I had the ability to withdraw the tip that I left for this driver. I ordered directly from you just because this is always an issue, please stop using doordash.

The next day my gf states “The manager was in there telling them we are going to run out of dough so lighten up.” We had a date night disney themed date Pizza Planet. I told her I didn’t want to ruin the date by complaining so I waited until today to show here the pizza. Some pieces were worse then this. Half crust minimal sauce and no cheese compared to how you all usually do it.
Please Do better we ordered thick crust. Every piece was as hollow all the way through and flat.
