Hope you enjoy sitting in drive thru for forever. I’ve been here a few times after work, and the staff is usually rude or just don’t care, and the food is mostly cold. There’s a Wendy’s a few minutes away.

Was put on hold at the drive-thru for at least four minutes. Told the person I wanted a sweet tea three times and still got unsweetened. When she was handing me my bag and card back I said thank you, but she did not look at me, just handed me my things and shut the window. No thank you or any acknowledgement I was ever even there. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location, and if I do, it will not be on a Sunday around 11:40 AM

Ordered an impossible whopper and the worker asked if I wanted it with cheese and plain. I said yes because I figured plain was just normal regular whopper toppings. I get to the window to double check it still had toppings and the worker got mad at me. Never in my life had a burger king worker asked me if I want a whopper plain. If I wanted a plain burger I would’ve just ordered a regular cheeseburger there…And while I was waiting for them to make it I could hear them talking bad about me. Never again will I go to this location. The only good things I can say is that the whopper was delicious, and the wait time was really short.

Good food. Variety in the menu. Coffee was OK. Roomy dining, area was fantastic, please see pictures for details. Modern look and feel of this BK. Not a lot of staff working, customer service could improve much more. Overall fair experience.

It’s hit or miss with them. Sometimes you get your order taken right away and receive your food fast and other days it’s the total opposite. Drive thru is their main priority so if the drive thru is busy you’ll be waiting a while on the inside.

Overheard someone talking about some things. Workers get at most 2 minutes for lunch, are denied water, and aren’t allowed to clean the MAGGOTS out of the ice cream machine. Go to the next door Kwik Trip instead.

Just another fast food stop. I can see why they are having issues with the business. Employees walking around shirts untucked no hat no hair net. Just not a very appealing appearance. Food is just average. Price wise its all getting pricey

My boyfriend went around 10am today and the young lady working the window who took my boyfriend’s order got an attitude when he politely told her she forgot something from his meal. If you are not a people person do not work in customer service. Supervisors needs to be reprimanding their employees. Just like we may not understand what people coming to work are going through. They don’t know what customers are going through either. It’s all about respect on both sides. The employee had a horrible attitude from the beginning. She was wearing glasses so beware if you get her and she’s working the window unfortunately no name tag so unable to report her.
