The staff is always kind and always makes my drinks taste great. So glad me we have a Starbucks in Lehigh.

My favorite Starbucks ever! They remember me and greet me by name. Today their computers were down and they were operating manually, with cash only. I was very impressed at how efficiently things were moving! Great work team I am sure this was challenging. Yet, the team showed no sweat over it. Just wow! Way to go Starbucks Lehigh

I come here for Matcha every day. Will be going back to driving back to Gateway for Rize even though this is next to my house. The drive through always takes 20 minutes. Asked to add on a piece of bread to my order because my baby was screaming crying since the people aren’t competent enough to run a drive through. Was refused by 2757 drawer 1 register 3. A name would be nice and cool place. Then the obnoxious fake happy girl who talks like she’s out of Whoville also said no. Will never be spending another dime here. This is why corporations are failing your employees are too dumbed down to do basic tasks and lack people skills. I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts and Marylou’s my entire youth. I would have just given them one if I was too dumb to figure out how to add an item- which is easy and management would have supported that because they’re not too high to realize the money lost in the long run. They can’t be happy workers if there that quick to dehumanize people and put in no effort. Terrible business. Happy holidays

It’s definitely hit or miss. Morning crew is ok. Afternoon shift is a crisis. I’ve left the drive thru line a few times because of the long wait times. They remind me of the forums. The new drive thru only on colonial seems to have it together. The new one by my job on Alico oriole is also hit or miss depending on who’s working. And I don’t tip before I’ve tasted the drink. I add tip later in the app if the drink is right.

Each time we get less for our money. I even paid extra for extra shot of expresso, because I don’t want a cup of milk. And still not a full cup of coffee. Sometimes is mostly iced or not a full cup. It might be time to move on from Starbucks. On top of that they want a tip. Please see the picture.

Coffee majority of the time is ok. Although I have noticed on larger sizes they do not fill as they should. That I can agree with on the other reviews. What topped it off is today being told to wait 5 minutes to put in a mobile order when their drive thru time is ridiculously long and slow. Please don’t tell me what to do if you are not matching the speed and demand of your drive thru time

It impossible to believe that their solution for giving me half of a drink is to remake it. i pay for a venti is get a grande amount. i order a grande and ill be lucky if i walk out with 6 oz of a 6 dollar drink mind you. what do i have to do go all the way to the forum for a treat for myself. The standard should be have it correct the first time. people hear by the way they make the coffee it feels lke they hate their job. their 1 singular women in there that actually makes the coffee correctly the younger girls dont care. and they don’t acknowledge the actual problem they redo it maybe even spit in it because you bother them and hand it back. the standard is low and a waste of money make it correct the first time and maybe you wont lose customers.also stop turning off mobile ordering you know your not supposed to.

The best Starbucks, hands-down! This store is a 10/10. You can tell they really took the time with training and they care about customer service. I have gone through the quick drive-through and I have also ordered ahead on the app for pick up is inside, every time has been absolutely amazing!! my favorite Starbucks, will always be our go-to. So happy that Lehigh Acres has a local Starbucks location. Has a speedy drive through plus has “order here” through the App Store for added conveniences. #Brownsugarshakenexpresso #Coldfoam

OPENING DAY!
They have many of the Starbucks foods and drinks available at others. There has been A LOT of people coming over today thorough the DRIVE-THRU and INSIDE the store so please be mindful of that. Everyone is still getting settled but everyone is very welcoming. There are A LOT of seats and tables both inside and outside (it’s covered).
UPDATE 03/19/23:
Removed 1 star because of the inconsistency in the availability of food/drinks, times it takes to get your order whether it is walk-in or drive thru, and open hours. For example, it’s a Sunday at 5:58pm and the doors are closed but there are people inside and drive thru is full…and store hours outside the door says it should be open until 8:30pm. No matter what day or time I come in, it may take 15min for me to receive my order, it may take 20 or even 25min. They may have an iced lemon loaf, they may not. I’m assuming it’ll take them a while to understand who their customer is, what they usually eat, how much stock they should have on hand, etc. But since this is a Starbucks in an area where high demand was already expected (there is no other Starbucks nearby at least 15min away), high expectations not being met are a high contributing factor in the store’s low overall rating in the first opening month.
