Recommended by a friend and wow pretty tasty. I had the #8 combo pepperoni philly regular and the pepper fries. Try it out and enjoy. I forgot to try take a pic before I ate but here is the after math I was full at this point. ***Updated, I returned to have dinner and remembered to take pics of the food before hand. IGNORE THE INTIMIDATING REVIEWS! Margarita was a very sweet employee who provided with fantastic service! Awesome amount of food for price 13$ for a hefty amount of fries, 6 boneless DELICIOUS wings and a large lemonade that was very yummy. Will be visiting anytime I find myself going to north star. The Philly’s are full of flavor and packed with meat. The fries were also fresh, full of cheese, and bacon. But their peach lemonade was to die for!!! It was so refreshing after walking around the mall for a bit. Give it a try.

Meh! I remember Charleys when it was good. I hadn’t been in a while. One visit and I’m reminded as to why. It was gross. Thankfully the portion is way smaller. What is going on with the fries? Those got thrown in the trash also.

I visited a place called Charleys Cheesesteaks located at North Star Mall in San Antonio, TX, and had an extremely disappointing experience. We were treated very rudely by the cashier named Margarita. We ordered combos, as they are clearly advertised and numbered 1 through 3 at the establishment, but when we tried to order them, we were told everything had to be ordered separately. If that’s the case, then why on earth do they have combo signs displayed outside?
I won’t be coming back to this place. Also, the food was terrible!!

The subs are great depending what you get. Refills for drinks are only two free refills.
Gourmet fries combo added isn’t really worth the cost of adding. The fries they give are in a small tray. They definitely downsize.
The kids meal is 5.99 for chicken tenders, but yet the snacks are great value from Walmart.
And the tenders I’m sure are from there too.

If you’re craving a Philly cheese steak, Crave no more. The fries were hot, love that. And the Philly cheese steak was really good. Great customer service. Looking forward to the next visit. FYI, My friend got a double meat, I may do that next time LOL.
