I frequent this Jollibee location a lot and enjoyed their food! Spicy chicken, spaghetti, adobo rice, and pineapple quencher are my ultimate go-to!
I recommend ordering through their app for takeout since line can be pretty long during peak hours. Ordering through the app also gives you the reward points where you can redeem for discounts or free food! There are some tables for dine-in as well. Service is relatively fast.
Most of the staff are friendly! On my last visit, I had a rather disappointing encounter with one of the team members. A male staff handed my order without even looking at me or saying a word after I thanked him. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting a perfect service, but everyone so far at this location has been very friendly until my encounter with this person. I’m sure it was not intentional but it wasn’t even busy at the time. Just a feedback so they can maintain a consistent customer service.

This place is incredibly slow. Almost so that a sit down restaurant would be quicker. The food was okay. Nothing to brag about.
The seating on the other hand is absolutely horrendous. Half the seating is for 2 people. There’s only like 5 tables that can host more and the demographic that comes here seems to think 1 or 2 people should sit at the tables for families of 4 or more.

Came for the spicy fried chicken while at the Mall. Service was quick and efficient in a clean environment. The chicken was tender and juicy, perhaps a bit oily. The biscuits were on the dry side.
I am still hunting for the perfect fried chicken in Tacoma, perhaps someday will find it……

Had the opportunity to try this fried Chicken for the first time. This location is not as busy as the one in Hillsboro where I’m from. But to review the chicken, here we go.
The chicken as of today 10:30 a.m. is crispy and juicy. I got the two piece combo for about $12. Overall taste is good and all really salty, crunchy and juicy. The side that I got was mashed potato, your typical mashed potato and gravy.
Is it worth the hype? No not really. Slightly overpriced, definitely. Would I buy it again? Probably not.
By the way, the spicy chicken isn’t very spicy at all. It’s barely any spice to it. I think Louisiana Popeye’s Chicken is spicier.

Loved the chicken! Tried all 3 flavors regular, spicey and Korean saucy- all good! Liked the rich gravy and the adobo rice. Crunchy coleslaw. Mid biscuits- skip them. But DO NOT skip on the pies! Mango peach was the best. Good pineapple drink too. Would come back!

We’ve never had Jollibee & it has been on my list so today was the day!
The food was good! Def better than KFC, but I might prefer Popeyes more. I wish they offered spicy tenders since I don’t prefer dealing with bones & tendons, but I did order a spicy two piece. The chicken was very soft & moist & the crispiness is on pointe! The rice, mashed potatoes, & gravy were yum! The Aloha Chicken sandwich is really delicious & moist! The pineapple juice is refreshing. The ube & peach mango pies are sooo tasty! The crust on the outside almost reminds me of the discontinued apple empanadas at Taco Bell. The ube was less sweet & the peach mango more sweet. The spaghetti was okay, of course we had to try it for the experience, but we wouldn’t order it again.
The cashier was very kind & the gentleman that took our finished tray was so sweet for doing that.
The restaurant was very clean.

I was very excited to try Jollibee for the first time. I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. The chicken was tender and juicy but the coating wasn’t that flavorful. The chicken pieces were cut differently than I am familiar with. The biscuit needed butter. The French fries were cold. The spaghetti was interesting. I’d go back to try their chicken tenders. My husband did enjoy the spicy version.

Got to work to share the lunch and was, in fact, short-changed on some of the chicken buckets. Should’ve double-checked with me. Not returning. The Cashier around 1:00 pm was a nice sweet gentleman. He assisted my family and I and had really good costumer service. We ordered the 6pc family bucket which was perfect for our family. The chicken was well seasoned and crispy. 10/10
