Wanted the spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t very good. They make it with a spicy sauce not actual spicy chicken. They put way too much sauce on it. I had to use all my napkins to wipe away as much as I could. There had to have been enough sauce for at least 3 sandwiches. Got the fries on the side with it and the fries were cold and gross.

Girl at drive thru window very rude and obviously hates her job. She handed me my order with no napkins, or dipping sauce. Acted like I was putting her out when I asked for my drink she forgot. Handed it to me and shut the window. Rude attitude doesn’t need to be waiting on customers!!

Listen, I ordered a chicken sandwich and the photo shows a nice size piece of crispy chicken on a bun. I got a nice size bun with peekaboo chicken drenched in mayo. I was so hungry and upset when I opened my sandwich. I swear I didn’t want to burn gas driving back to complain but, y’all I couldn’t do it. When I returned there were at least 6 workers total. Two sitting on the counter in the drive-thru area 2 standing near them on the phones and chatting. Meanwhile, the floors in the lobby were Filthy, tables dirty, and only two customers dining in. To top it off they started to debate about who made my mayo sandwiche!!!!! Lmao. Mannnnnn fast food sucks! I didn’t even see a phone number to call the owners. It was a terrible experience!

I don’t know what these people put in their chicken or if it was the fact, we walked over 100miles at Animal Kingdom that day but from the chicken being fresh out the grease to the mashed potatoes, pipe and hot and the extra bowl of gravy, they gave us it was delicious. I give it a 10 out of 10 everything was fresh.

The tea was sour, there was no ice. All we ordered was a pot pie and had to pull forward and waiting 15 minutes. Workers were also very rude.

KFC Columbia MS… Stopped here with my wife after shopping.. clean, presented well… Ordered my usual at KFC. #1 two piece meal (breast & leg), plus a large coleslaw.. my wife ordered nuggets, my mother in law chicken tenders…
Other than being a little bit extra spicy theirs was fine…
After we paid (no receipt) approached by a different person other than the one that took the order to inform us they had no White meat.. instead they replaced my chicken with three chicken tenders very stringy… (Not really equitable) and my large coleslaw had no sauce… Just shredded cabbage…
And it was very warm in the restaurant…
Not a good experience… Used to love KFC .. SMH

I got there at 5:20 PM and you would think they would be stocked. They did not have any white meat, I ordered an 8 piece family meal in which there is a posting stating the cuts of meat that you will get, I got all legs and thighs. They did not have biscuits, I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for them, and I had to wait for the fries to be cooked. Although, I did not get any white meat or biscuits, I still had to pay the full price. This is unacceptable. This place has poor management. Popeyes will be my go to for chicken from now on. BS

I don’t leave many reviews… Coupons a good deal at this KFC!?! Watch what they put in bucket because they are paying attention to what you paid. More than one time I have ordered a bucket of chicken with a in app coupon and they have given me nothing but dark chicken. The first time I let it go because I figured it was a mistake. The second time just today I called them and asked why only dark meat? and they said they were out of all white meat and it’s all they had ready at the time. I asked why not ask me if I wanted to wait for the white meat? Anyways once I called them Out on it they said I could come back right away for the white meat chicken that was not in my bucket. Keep in mind I only live 5 minutes away so now they have white meat chicken? Hmm just check your order if you are buying on a deal. I have purchased a lot of chicken from KFC and have earned coupons and rewards legitimately and this KFC has shown me how they really don’t appreciate the loyal customer.

Placed my order for meals but they never have their drinks in stock. Then they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have mug root beer. Since they sell Pepsi products but mug root beer is a Pepsi product. So i told the girl i didn’t want the meals anymore. I just wanted the main dish instead. She still charge me for the full meals instead of what i order. Terrible customer service
