During my visit today, I attempted to place an order via the mobile app but encountered a complete lack of cellular signal. Although the app suggested using Wi-Fi, the store manager informed me that the Jersey Mike’s Wi-Fi is not allowed for customers, despite his acknowledging that the location is well known for poor connectivity. Furthermore, I quickly found out that credit card payments are only processed if a tip is included. I found the requirement of a mandatory tip to facilitate a standard transaction for a carry-out order to be inappropriate. Additionally, while I was completing my purchase, I observed an employee from a neighboring business receive complimentary beverages, which was disappointing to see as a paying customer facing the aforementioned service hurdles.
I hope you will look into these policies regarding connectivity and payment requirements to improve the customer experience. You can do better, Mike!

Matthew did a wonderful job – greeting us politely directly when we entered, worked swiftly and generously with the subs, even wrote any distinguishing ingredients on our bags, which included 1 giant made differently for each half, plus another sub. He made the visit delightful and easy. It was a great experience in a clean location and with kind customer service-oriented vibes!

My absolute FAVORITE sandwich shop! I order the #8(club sub) or the #56(the big kahuna) pictured I added pepperoni and it was absolutely delicious ! Fresh meats(cut per order). Love it!

The wait times are horrible! Employees are EXTREMELY slow, they take literally over 30 seconds to just wrap a sandwich. 6 employees working and over a 20 minute wait for 4 people’s DoorDash’s and only 4 other customers in line. Let alone the rudeness when you ask for your order. Do not recommend this location!

Eric is very rude, doesn’t know how to treat customers not sure how he became a manager. Took bacon off a sandwich and put it back in the pile of fresh bacon which is unsanitary. Will be contacting corporate. If Mike still owns these stores they’ve definitely gone downhill. The lady making sandwiches is belligerent and making fun of guests.

Erich is rude as all get out. Don’t understand how he became a manager treating guests the way he does. Being busy doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude, it’s holiday season, if you don’t like your job find a different one. Won’t be returning and will keep my business at Staples Mill where Hunter is always friendly and happy to help.

I came in to get a Giant #9 and Matthew served me. Super professional guy, very nice and customer friendly, awesome craftsman lol. Sandwich was delicious and I will be going back to him for another.

Will never eat here again. Walked in and saw the people preparing the sandwiches putting the order receipt paper ONTOP of the sandwiches. Who does that? If you want toxic and carcinogenic receipt paper chemicals all over your food, then by all means, get food here. Also, the food is overpriced.

The casier was very rude had an attitude and all. She even walked off without saying anything and wouldn’t give me a receipt this place has been going downhill with the rudest people ever I won’t be returning to this location at all
