A rock solid outpost of a good chain. It’s very new and shiny, and quite chic inside with lots of seating options. We tried three different teas which were all nice, especially the salted iced coffee. The banh mi were good – the bread was crispy but flat and condensed rather than poofy, so just depends what type you like. There were a good amount of fillings though I’ve certainly had more at other places, but the quality and taste of everything was good. The Korean corn dogs were crispy on the outside yet pleasantly chewy inside. Vietnamese Spring rolls (the fresh ones with rice paper wrapper) were nice. The total cost was very reasonable.

Had an awesome experience at Paris Banh Mi in Chapel Hill today and got the Paris Milk Tea with Aiyu jelly and passion fruit jelly. This was the first time I’ve seen these 2 jellies being offered at a bubble tea place so I had to try them! I also had the Ube cheesecake and the Yuzu cheesecake, and both were delicious. However, my favorite was the yuzu cheesecake due to the intense flavor profile.
The interior of the store was clean and bright, and I loved the decor and friendly service. Will definitely visit again to try the other offerings!

I love macarons! This Paris Banh Mi location has a large selection of them. The macarons are bigger than most and the flavors are distinct. My favorite flavor was the red velvet and the birthday cake came in second. I highly recommend this place!

This eatery place is cleaner than clean, I’m a germaphobe & I would’ve ate the food off the floor, that’s how spotless it is in there. We ate the bahn mi (Vietnamese style sandwich), drank up boba tea & it’s all delicious. If ya wanna feel special, order the pretzel, that mess was bigger than the table itself. Owner of the place, knows how to make a customer feel more than just another business transaction. Definitely, take a visit here!!

You have got to eat here! They have the most delicious food. We had a grilled pork Bahn mi, a grilled pork rice bowl full of yummy veggies, and chicken dumpling. Everything was so good. We also picked up a piece of Suzuki cheesecake and some macarons to go. We are looking forward to eating here again and soon!

We attended the soft opening for this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! High quality ingredients and superb presentation. This place is perfect if you are craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I look forward to trying all of their different sandwiches. The Ube custard was smooth, creamy, and rich. Overall, a fantastic new spot that will do well in the heart of Chapel Hill!

Excited about this new spot in Meadowmont Circle! It seems like they are open everyday of the week. They have ample parking available. But maybe difficult to reach through public transport. The interior is quite nice and versatile. They have different types of seating with furniture suitable for solo work sessions or comfy couches to hangout with friends. The decor immediately boosts one’s mood and makes things fun. I find their extensive menu really impressive. They have different types of bahn mi, croissant sandwich, noodle and rice bowls, Korean hot dogs, frozen custards, cheesecakes, macarons, pastries, and a wide range of specialty drinks and teas. The menu is suitable for both big meals like lunch and dinner and quick snacks. Really appreciate the flexibility with the menu. Also, everything is very reasonably priced. They have a few vegetarian options. Hopefully they will add more going forward. Their blueberry macaron was fantastic! The pastries did not look very fresh, so we did not try those. To be fair, we went late in the evening, so we should not have expected fresh pastries. We also tried the mango passionfruit cheesecake. Honestly, the cheesecake was disappointing. We could not taste the fruits and the cheesecake itself tasted a little dry. But since the menu has a lot of options, we will certainly be back to try some of the savory options like the corn dog and the bahn mi.
