First time at this location Staples and Yorktown….oh myyyyyyyy goodness, floor very slippery; don’t know exactly why, but it felt very greasy!!! This McDonalds was very durty and play area extremely stinking; honestly I didn’t feel comfortable eating here!!!!

The floor here is extremely slippery any time there is humidity…which is all the time in Corpus! I’ve worn different shoes here and it’s always the same. Someone is going to get seriously injured soon. I see I’m not the only one complaining about this.

I ordered what they called steak egg and cheese bagel or something like that. And they gave me one with no beef only 1 bacon strip cut in half. They repeated back the correct order. And the person handing me the bag kept touching my hand. It was like the rocket power cartoon hand shake where they tickle the hand. Real weird. And don’t do this to me before noon. The only reason I come here is for the playground. The service is mediocre. I ordered a happy meal cheeseburger cheese only: second happy meal hamburger plain and received the cheeseburger 35 minutes later. The quarter pounder with cheese was cooked in onions and I’m allergic to Onions-so I didn’t eat it. (wasted$16.85. )

They need to change the manager branch, They do not care the quality of food, I got two big fries, chicken sandwich, all fries were bittern and bad taste, I returned to branch to make comments on the staff and the manager directly. Unfortunately they don’t apologize , someone introduced himself as Sanders as manager and did not have last name. Just adding comments here not expecting good service in this branch.

The only reason why I gave this the stars that I gave it wasn’t because the guy that took our order over the microphone, it was because the lady that was handing us, our order told me that I had two different meals when I did not have those meals.I had my receipt that said differently than what she was saying.Yes, she made a mistake, but she was a little rude about the way she made it.As a business owner.It’s not a good look.I’m not saying the customer is always right.Because lord knows i’m not always right.But there is a way to talk to customers as I was being polite.And just explaining to her exactly what my order was and handed her.The receipt and she pushed the receipt back to me and said, my mistake have a nice evening goodbye, very rudely

This morning we dined in to have a small meal. We were met and greeted by Ms Lori. She was so sweet and kind and displayed such an attitude of hospitality that made our visit that much more better. This is not the first time either. She is always warm and nice when we visit. We wish we could steal her for our business. Mcdonald’s is very fortunate to have such an employee. Thank you Lori!
