I had an amazing experience at Ramen 369! I ordered the Vegan Ramen with 100% vegetable broth, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful without feeling heavy, and adding Udon noodles for just $1 made it even more enjoyable—thick, chewy, and perfect for soaking up all that goodness.
I also tried the Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake), and it was a standout dish on its own. Crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and packed with savory flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had.

This is a very authentic Japanese ramen spot. I just came back from Japan, and the style and flavor here are almost identical. I’ve noticed that ramen in the U.S. usually tastes a little different from what you get in Japan — the broth there tends to have a slight bitterness, and this place captures that perfectly. Personally, I prefer the U.S. flavor overall, but if you’re looking for a truly authentic ramen experience — from the taste to the seating and ordering style — this is the place to go.

Ramen 369 is a cozy little ramen bar in Delray with incredible broth and fresh ingredients. The flavors are rich and authentic, and you can watch the chef prepare everything right in front of you. Seating is limited and prices run a bit high, but the quality makes it worth it. A must-try for real ramen lovers.

Ramen 369 is as close to a traditional classic Ramen bar as you can get in a place like Delray.

While you first order at a kiosk, you walk into this cozy spot and sit at the bar across from the one guy making everything right in front of you. It’s all high quality and homemade, with more complex flavors than you might get elsewhere.

Some things are packaged, like the noodles and wontons and things like that, which is completely understandable for a one or two person operation like this.

Highly recommended for the experience and the delicious food!

Great ramen spot in Delray! This restaurant genuinely reminded me of the ramen shops in Japan. Small, counter-top seats only. Order at the kiosk when you arrive and then seat yourself in an open spot. The chef is amazing and the ramen is delicious. We had the shoyu ramen, oxtail ramen, takoyaki and gyoza – all delicious. Highly recommend!

I had lunch here for the first time last week and was very impressed with the food. The restaurant itself is a bit drab, but it’s truly a noodle lover’s spot. Sitting at the bar allowed me to look directly into the kitchen and watch the chef prepare my soup from start to finish, which was a nice touch.

The soup wasn’t inexpensive, but the convenience of the location helps explain the pricing. If the ambiance isn’t your thing, I’d recommend ordering takeout and enjoying the soup for the high quality it delivers.

I absolutely love coming here. Feels like I walked into a Ramen bar in Japan. Hiro, is so amazingly kind & makes some of the best ramen. Honest to god, I tried A LOT of ramen in Japan, I still like his Tonkotsu broth the most. The food is always impeccable, and even get to order some Ramune (Japanese Soda). I love coming here bc it’s a traditional and authentic style and flavor of ramen, SO much better than modern ‘commercialized / Americanized’ ramen places.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Ramen 369. Tucked away in a cozy little corner, this hidden gem is a true testament to the saying, “good things come in small packages.” With only a bar area that seats about ten people, the intimate setting adds to the charm and authenticity of this delightful eatery.

Upon entering, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of broth simmering to perfection. Not quite sure what to order, I took a cue from the friendly patrons sitting at the bar, who were more than happy to share their recommendations. Their enthusiasm only heightened my anticipation.

I decided to go with the Edgeman, and let me tell you, it was a revelation. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the chicken was succulent and flavorful. Each bite was a harmonious blend of rich broth and fresh ingredients that left me craving more. It’s hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had!

The menu is a delightful mix of traditional and innovative dishes, making it hard to choose just one. I can’t even begin to name everything I tried, but each dish was a testament to the chef’s dedication to quality and flavor.

The service was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home in this bustling little spot. Ramen 369 is a must-visit for any ramen lover or anyone looking to explore the depths of deliciousness. I can’t wait to return and try more of their incredible offerings. Don’t miss out on this culinary treasure!

I was in Japan a few months ago and this place feels like many of the ramen shops there. A small shop with about 10 counter seats. You order on a vending machine just like in Japan. A one man operation, who makes the Ramen to order while you sit at the counter and watch. I got the shoyu (soy) ramen, which was very good. Probably more of a bold flavor than other shoyu ramens I’ve had, but delicious. Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for an authentic ramen experience!

Very reminiscent of the ramen shops in Japan with the bar seating and self-serve machines to order. It can be a little confusing because you’re expecting to be seated by staff but you seat yourself wherever there is an open spot.

The shop was manned by a master ramen chef and a helper. The ramen here is worth it. It’s so delicious and the chef knows how to properly season the broth. I got the Shinigami Ramen on level 4 “Gate of Wonder” and as a spicy food lover, it was perfectly spiced. If I wanted a real challenge I would’ve gone up a level. The gyoza was yummy too and the there was sriracha and chili oil out on the counter to use at your discretion. Solid ramen spot!
