Original old school Wendy’s. Pretty clean, especially the restrooms and no sticky or slippery floors. Drink machine area was NOT gnat/fly nor any spilled liquids all over. Condiment area also was clean including the ketchup dispenser. Employees were friendly and professional

Get off work and drive by Wendy’s, 10 minutes till they are closed but figure get a frosty, if that’s shutdown already just a soda. Sit in “line” for 10 minutes behind a single car at the speaker. Wendy’s employee finally answers and takes thier orders and immediately shuts the lights off. I pull up to the now blacked out board and speaker thinking they’d might still take my order. Nope, “thank you for coming to Wendy’s but we are currently closed.” Wasn’t “closed” just seconds before when they took that oese, and certainly not closed 10 minutes previously when I pulled up behind that same car already at the speaker…

Food was good….served fresh. Staff was okay. They might consider paying more to attention to detail with the cleanliness of the inside lobby area. This was on a Monday @ 2:15 p.m. Lunch rush was over, and was still unclean. Thank you

Floors where dirty, employees with long hair and beards did not have nets. Cashier had a cold and was not adequately washing their hands. This used to be a well managed fast food stop. Not anymore.

Waited forever for our food (others who came in after us good their food before). When we finally got it the order was completely wrong and COLD! Something similar happened the last time we were here. This will be our last visit to this location!

The only issue is that they don’t do small combos anymore. Otherwise, everything is exactly what you would expect from a Wendys. The food is good or at least as good as one could expect for the price you pay and service is fast (fast food).

The food is awesome and the place is clean however sometimes the staff forgets my sauce, straws, spoon, etc. I also noticed that the staff its self is not very focused nor do they wash their hands. They are overall lazy.

The staff here are amazing! When we were in a crisis situation because my Dads recovery from surgery was going very bad they went above and beyond the call to make sure he was able to eat and get food even during tough operating times. We are extremely greatful for the loving, caring staff at this store, thank you all soooo much! God bless you all.

Wendy’s is always great. The Hillsboro one provides a needed place in town and I hope we keep supporting them to keep them busy. Hopefully, between the college and the community, we keep them busy so they can improve the place over time. If they cleaned up the seating area, they would have 5 stars easy!
