This is not a reflection on this store but, the company.
I order a medium pizza yesterday which cost 15.00 for pepperoni and bacon and I swear it was just a cheese pizza with a splatter of pepperoni and bacon.
You pay more and get MUCH less.
I’m just done with pizza period. I went to Pizza Hut a while ago and cheese sticks were 10.00.
It’s just not worth it to eat this food anymore.
Stay home and cook!

I love Papa John’s pizza, but every time we order a delivery, there is alwayssomething missing. These are usually things I oay for, such as extra marinara dipping sauce, garlic knots, even pizzas. When i or my wife call to complain, they do not want to send out the missing items, they want to give us credit for the next order. That does not help us if a grand=kid does not have the item they are wanting. or anyone else’s order either.
Great pizza, meh service.

Always gets your orders in until the last minute. Cooks everything fresh and no part of the Dough is under cooked. Haven’t messed up a order once. And the drivers deliver on prime time. Always my go to place whenever I got nothing to eat at night. You could order big or small and expect the same quality . No lazy workers or people that don’t wanna work there. Everyone brings quality and it shows. I would give this 6 stars if I could. If you live near by and want something good to eat. This is my top suggestions

I was watching TV and I saw the epic stuff crust pizza from papa jhons and I give them a try .
Huge mistake .

Dough was like tortilla super flat instead floppy.
I never buy anything from papa jhons since it’s far away fro my home and I never do it again . Super bad first experience $51 dollars and some change just to ended buy in pizza from another place close to my house . Me and my gf ordered pizza from this location to be delivered to our address. We waited over an hour and a half just for the delivery guy to deliver to the WRONG address. We put in the correct address and had our porch light on (it was at night), to ensure our food was delivered to the correct address. As we waited, we soon discovered that the app notification marked the pizza as “Delivered”. However, when we walked out to our porch, we didn’t see a delivery driver pull up and knock on our door, nor our food anywhere in sight. We checked our entire front porch, but there was no food. Perplexed, we called the pizza shop. When someone answered the phone, we told them what was going on. Long sorry short, the delivery guy delivered to the wrong address. Even though he swore up and down that he delivered it to the correct address, we told them multiple times that we have no food and no food was delivered. Thank you Papa John’s for the terrible service. Now, someone else is eating our dinner free of charge. Although they are going to give us a refund, it still doesn’t make things right and the delivery guy can’t even do his job. We don’t select contact less delivery, so why wouldn’t they do their job and knock on the door to verify it’s the correct address?

I ordered delivery and everything was there. I ordered my pizza squared cut and it wasn’t. I also wished there was more sauce on the chicken poppers. I had to shake my container to get the sauce to other poppers but there just wasn’t enough.

Tried the new new york style. Quite a disappointment. New york pizza always has plenty of cheese. 10% of this pizza had no cheese. More like bread and sauce. Very bad. I had to buy some cheese and add about 8 oz for it to be edible. Crust was good

Her customer service was top-notch — efficient, kind, and solution-focused. Faith truly went above and beyond, and she absolutely deserves a raise!
