I don’t usually wright reviews but this was such in awful experience I had to. Not only did I have to wait 45 minutes to get any help the wings where the most pathetic things I’ve ever seen. The looked and tasted like some wings u buy that sit in the freezer for months. They were rubbery and nasty. Wish we had a decent wing joint here other then Buffalo Wild Wings

I wanted to make sure that I gave Just Wings a fair chance before writing this. We have eaten at Just Wings in Beckley, WV, 6 times now. Every time we have been disappointed. I worked in a restaurant for years growing up so I know what food is supposed to be, and this, just isn’t.
Every time we have ordered, our wings have been re-heated and are extremely rubbery & chewy instead of fresh & moist. Every time the fries have been equally disappointing as they have been laying around forever and are also re-heated. The soda has been flat & depressing instead of crisp & fresh. Overall, horrible. I now understand how you can have my order ready in just a few minutes.

Not the best, but not the worst. I ordered 22 boneless wings, but they came with sides of fries that I didn’t order. The two sauces were put into different containers and the fries with the Cajun dry rub were alright, but the fries with the Pineapple Teriyaki were like day old fries. My order also didn’t come out to me after I checked in and I had to go in after 30 minutes of waiting after my order was ready. It’s a ghost kitchen operated by Chili’s, so there may have been some confusion, but someone pulled into the to go spot next to me and got their order right away, so you would think they would put two and two together, but no. The $5 tip was not deserved.

I order from it’s just wings that is inside of Chili’s it says pull up to a curbside spot and someone will be out to help you and I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes and no one has came out. They don’t have a number or anything for me to let them know I’m here… I’m fixing to walk in. This is just crazy and makes no sense.

Wings had no flavor at all. The ranch, cajun and buffalo all tasted the same with no flavor. Fries tasted a day old. Out of the 54 wings ordered only the 8 boneless garlic parmesan were any good. Very disappointed

Wings were HORRIBLE CHEWY NASTY! I asked for extra crispy and I got flimsy and rubbery the wings had a chemical taste tried to take them home to crisp them they ended up in the trash ! Never again!
