Tasty chicken nuggets and fried shrimp. Loved the coconut and apple pies as well. Great break from franchise fast food chicken nuggets. Proportions of food were good. A kids meal was enough for me as an adult.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. I had to give it to them to make the review. My grilled fish was overly seasoned and barely edible, and they took almost 20 minutes for a peach pie. And trust me baby, they weren’t busy at all — dine in or drive thru. One of the worst food experiences in Carthage. The only positive was the short cashier with the dark brown hair. She was very professional and polite.

3.5 rounded up to 4! Decided to eat at a local restaurant instead of a chain while traveling through and found Chicken Nugget. The food was hot and fresh and came out quickly even though they were steady busy! The chicken nuggets are yummy but I personally like a little more seasoning to them but they would be fine if you like sauce.

Terrible experience! Upon walking in we were greeted with all employees sitting in the dining area announcing they were “not it” on who would take our order and serve our food. Have eaten there in the past and enjoyed ourselves but it appears the service and hospitality has taken a severe downturn. I would not recommend going there to anyone. The food was also old left overs.

I stopped by here after the recommendation on Matt’s Adventures. So I ordered the chicken nuggets and fried green tomatoes and then the jalepeno cheese curds. The staff was friendly and service was quick, about 10 minutes. The shining star was the cheese curds with the runner up being the fried green tomatoes. The chicken nuggets could have used more salt but I dipped then in the ranch and they were fine. But I will be back for more cheese curds.

This place is weird. It honestly feels like a boutique that sells chicken nuggets and burgers. An aggressive amount of Hobby Lobby decor, and about 6 girls working behind the counter wearing “wifey” and “mama” t shirts (you know the ones). Except only 1 or 2 of them appeared to be working. The other girls were just kind of standing there, looking around and judging. I ordered the patty melt, and I’ll give it to them, it was delicious. Well-seasoned and melty. Fries were just frozen crinkle fries which I expected. My fiancé ordered the chicken nuggets, which were dry and not super seasoned. Seems disappointing that the item of food this restaurant named itself after is just so-so. My friend also ordered a patty melt. Mine and my fiancé’s food came out in less than 5 minutes, and we just kept waiting for our friend’s food to come out. They also took her number when they delivered our orders, but left our numbers. I got up to check on her order, and politely asked one of the girls about her food. Said we had ordered and our food came out super quick and I was just making sure they didn’t forget about her. And that the waitress had accidentally taken our friend’s number instead of ours. The girl looked at me like she was offended, and then looked back at one of the other girl’s behind the counter. She said “she ordered a patty melt? Those take longer. It’s on the grill.” Which I thought was funny since mine came out in like 2 minutes. They eventually brought her food out and we thanked them, but the girl who brought it to the table said absolutely nothing in return and looked annoyed. All the girls at the counter kept cutting their eyes at us and whispering. Overall a strange experience.

Perfection. The customer service and staff is extremely friendly and kind. The food is a definite A+. Cheese sticks r pretty darn good and I love good cheese sticks. Fries? Great. Shrimp? Perfect . Hushpuppies? So good. I am no local but I stopped your because I work here and I must say I don’t know why people go to fast food restaurants with this here. Don’t waste your money on expensive fast food thrown together food, come here and get quality for the same price

My family and I have been eating at the Chicken Nugget for many years. But over the last few years I have seen a decline. The food is still really good, but the prices that they charge don’t reflect the portions of food that you receive. The service is hit and miss I have had times where they are really friendly and then times that they are not so friendly. Also please bring back the salad bar that used to be one of the main reasons that I went there.
