Went there because my motorcycle on a repair shop and have to wait about 4 hours and mechanic recommended me this Starbucks.
Service was excellent. Even though I was having coffee on the table stuff came and ask do I need anything else?
Excellent service, they keep cleaning the area where milk and sugar. Front have huge parking lot but seems like full all the time.
Definitely will stop by again

This has been my go to spot. My first time going at 8pm. None of my drinks had flavor. When I brought it up they didn’t couldn’t fix it, that’s that’s the way those drinks are. So weird they are the drinks I always buy and never taste this bland. First time I experience a Starbucks not fixing a drink that I didn’t like.

I was really let down by this Starbucks. This location doesn’t have a drive-through, which wasn’t a big issue, but the problem was the unfriendly barista who took our order. They seemed disinterested in their job and informed us that many items, including oat milk, were unavailable. We also wanted to use the restroom, but we were told both were being cleaned for the night, which seemed odd since it was two hours before closing. The entire staff appeared unmotivated and rude, making it the worst experience. To top it off, our coffee order was incorrect, leaving us very disappointed with how everything went wrong at this particular location.

Ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew, and a ham and Swiss croissant. The milk on the drink taste kinda off, but I let it go, but then i bite on my croissant and find out that the inside is still frozen? Whats going on? It looks like they just game me a croissant thats not even warmed yet?

Ordered on the app arrived and waited almost 7mins while my drink sits there while they make other drinks once i got my drink venti cup full of ice and cold foam called customer service and got my refund that’s sad how u can only go to certain starbucks to get the correct drink as when they learned during hiring

I have Starbucks app and a regular customer. I just stop at this store and asked if its possible i can use restroom real quick and dude was you have to purchase something to use the restroom. I mean it never happen to me any other Starbucks. I mean just say only for customers. Don’t say you have to purchase something. I believe it’s time to just delete Starbucks app . Cause there’s is plenty of options out there

This place needs better management. Every time I visit, I’m disappointed with the service and the drinks. During my last visit, they locked the restroom and didn’t allow customers to use it—this was an hour and a half before closing time.
Additionally, their hot chocolate and green tea matcha latte tasted like hot milk with just a hint of chocolate or matcha. Today, I ordered an iced green tea matcha latte with extra lavender cold foam, but it didn’t seem like they added any extra lavender foam. I could barely taste it. No layers.
The store was also very dirty. There were only three customers, including me, but none of the employees were cleaning. I didn’t even want to use the napkins because the area was covered in piles of dirt. I’ve never seen a Starbucks as dirty as this location.
