First time me and wife went there after hearing about their food !!! The food was great and the service was great !! Food was very hot n fresh!! As we walked out talked to the owner what a nice gentleman we had laughs and told him we back back very soon !! Its a definite hidden gem in the south end of bay city!!! So Google has been asking me for a week to review this place, so here I am, 3 in a party, walk in and immediately greeted like we just walked in to Grams house, sat down and got a new server, promotion off the dishwasher, we ordered a burger, BLT, and grilled cheese, all with fries, the FRIES crinkle cut, seasoned salt, cripsy, PERFECT. The burger, hand made, toasted bun, egg, and bacon, all cooked perfectly, the BLT toasted, grilled and buttered magnificence. The grilled cheese toasted, gooey and awesome.
Stop down check em out. Family atmosphere, and bingo 1st and 3rd Wednesday.

Stopped here for breakfast. We don’t usually get out to do these things, so our 1st time. Got a 3 egg western omelet with hashbrowns, toast and orange juice. It was all excellent. Very good flavors. It was put together different then any omelet I’ve seen. Kinda like an egg wrap or roll, which makes sense, faster cooking. But it was really good, decent price, we’ll definitely be back. Our waiter was also very polite and always making sure things were good for us. So thanks for a great breakfast.

Wonderful diner for dinner. I had just amazing home-cooked feel burger and fries. And around $10, no better value in Bay City! Located on Broadway in the south end, they are just minutes south of downtown. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!!

The cook in this restaurant sure knows his way around a griddle. I ordered a vegetarian omelette and a side of bacon. My bacon and hash browns were crispy and perfectly cooked . The egg was loaded with veggies, and melty Swiss cheese and thoroughly cooked as well. I was so full but I wanted to just keep eating!! Our waitress was a very charming woman . She was attentive but not intrusive. It was very quiet.. I think a little music would do the staff and the customers some good. I will definitely be back many times!

Food was very good, large portions. I will say when I ordered my sandwich, it wasn’t quite what I was expecting when I got it, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Server was very nice, but a little quick with taking plates that weren’t empty and bringing the bill before we were done, I wanted another milkshake lol. Overall, we’ll be back.

We were going somewhere else for breakfast but they were closed when we came across the Broadway Family Grill. It’s on Broadway just south of Cass on the West side.
The building is pleasant looking and well designed. It reminds me of retro diner as did the inside décor. There is plenty of parking including handicapped and wheelchair accessible.
The inside is designed with plenty of room between tables so you aren’t on top of your neighbors.
America was our server, very friendly and helpful about the menu as well as the history of the restaurant. It has changed owners recently and she described the current owner in glowing terms.
The menu is extensive as you will see, and breakfast was what we ordered. It was exceptionally good, reasonably priced and just enough to fill you up.
This place is a gem, we enjoyed it and will come again to see how good the rest of the menu is. You should give it a try.

This helped continue our fun family time together for the weekend, we’ve been to so many new places, and ran into this corner family diner!
Our waitress was Terri and she was doing wonderful, allowing us time to view the many choices throughout the menu, we appreciated her patience and got our drinks quick.
Food was cooked to order, fresh, our cook looked like he loves his kitchen and every plate that came out.

We had a short meeting in the corner of this restaurant.
The waitress could tell what we were doing and gave us space. Yet she came back just enough to make sure we had hot coffee and if we wanted something else we could ask her.
She was very polite and friendly.
The place is clean.
The bathroom is very clean.

Very clean, family friendly local diner on Broadway St. In Bay City’s south end. It has the appearance of an old school diner with some modern appointments. With a large menu, and breakfast served all day.
Staff is friendly and attentive.
Kitchen is semi open, and very clean.
Food is not pretentious, excellently prepared with huge portion size. If you walk away hungry, it is your own fault. This is true mid-American comfort food.
Dinner arrived quickly and was steaming hot.
Dinner, sodas, and appetizer was about $23/ person. This would be much lower, but I ordered the conflicted Reuben. (Totally worth it!)
Value is excellent due to the quality and portion size. Enjoyed coming in very much, and am looking forward to coming back for breakfast.
