The last 3 times we got food from KFC the order is wrong, they never have what you want unless you wait 20 minutes, and the chicken isn’t very good. The most recent visit we went through the drive thru and couldn’t hear because of feedback, our order was wrong, they didn’t have extra crispy chicken, and the nuggets were not cooked all of the way. They didn’t have Dr. Pepper this time. It’s always something. The chicken breasts were fatty and undercooked. We weren’t offered any sauce for the nuggets, no butter, honey, ketchup; we weren’t given a choice of sides but were given French fries. We got 3 napkins and no utensils. There was a language barrier with the employee that tried to take our order but she was trying and seemed overwhelmed, which is why we didn’t turn around and take the food back. Usually we have to take the food inside and they fix it the best they can without waiting 20 minutes for an extra crispy breast. I miss Church’s Chicken.

Very rude service from the guy who acted like he was In charge. My family was the only ones there and yet to get our food, it took forever. Then when I asked for the drink, they said oh we didn’t charge u for that so we had to pay for the ridiculous slow service to get the drink. Will not b going to that KFC ever again.

My wife and daughter ordered a leg and thigh crispy 8 pcs bucket. But when they get home we find out they mix it with breast. We are so disappointed. It’s not the first or 2nd time happened to us.

I visited KFC around 6:30 PM and was disappointed with the wait time and the quality of the food. Our order took an hour, and when we inquired, the response felt less than friendly. Once we received our food, it seemed hastily prepared. I’ve had quicker service at other KFC locations where our orders are usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Additionally, I noticed other customers expressing frustration over long waits in the drive-through. While I appreciate the effort of the customer service team, there’s room for improvement in their approach. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe better staff training could enhance the experience for all patrons.

The young man by the name of angle was very helpful. I had an issue at ATT next door to them.
I needed to break a 50 dollar bill , and angle had no problem helping me with no hesitation.
I wish I could say the same for ATT the worker they had working was very rude .

Was told in the drive thru that it would be 20 minutes for our food, ended up being more like 30 at least. The girl working the window is inch and a half long nails(imagine finding one of those in your food) the guy prepping food had a head of nappy hair that his hat just sat on top of(again last thing you want to find is hair in your food)should have been wearing a net. I don’t like posting bad reviews because they can negatively impact a business, but there should be some simple changes made

Ordered original was told they only had crispy. Asked why they were out ..no reason was given, but they delivered original chicken. Had a big order, did not get any breast only wings, thighs & drumsticks told no coleslaw, but miracles of miracles they found 2 large coleslaw’s. The girl who took order was very good and double checked to make sure we got our order.
Long line up, 2 registers but only one person taking order one at a time. Hot food was
