They always bring me barely warm food, and I mean barely warm. Some gal named Destiny who takes orders is rude and NEVER gets your order right. When you correct Destiny over the speaker her attitude grows. Plus, they never bring the correct amount of change back to your car. I’ll never tip these people again. Benton sonic sucks. I’ve never had issues at any other sonic ever.

I personally have never had a bad experience with this place but tonight was definitely bad. we ordered online. my brother-in-law picked it up. they didn’t give us my little sister’s food. they put an jalapeño on my older sister’s sandwich that she definitely didn’t order like that since she doesn’t like them. when she tried calling about it, they didn’t answer. i called & gave my phone to her when they answered & the girl got rude & had an attitude saying they didn’t put jalapeños on it when we literally saw them. (picture below) yes we get its a small one but the fact she could’ve been allergic & the girl just immediately got rude about it.

23 minutes waiting there for an ice cream shake I ordered from my app ahead of time seems a bit much, I also don’t know id got it then if I didn’t walk up and find an employee (very difficult two made eye contact and then ducked into different hiding places) I couldn’t go into, then it’s like half full and just tired of how they don’t care like here you go, sorry you had to wait here on this beautiful afternoon cause we are lazy and don’t care, nah, no apology, no sense of care, just typical sonic

something’s effed up when 24 cars can go through the drive-thru but no food is sent out to the cars in the stalls. i get they do a priority thing. but that doesn’t math real good. I’ve been waiting for my food for over 20 min while 24 cars have gone through the drive-thru and got their food immediately. not cool. you guys are mean

The service was with a smile. And the atmosphere was what you expect out of a typical Drive-In fast food place. Everything was clean. I ordered a three-piece chicken strip for myself and a five piece for my daughter. The chicken strips are tenders that they offered look more like wings. Not much to them. And my daughter is 5 piece four out of five pieces look like somebody took a bite out of the middle of them. We had to throw them to the dogs. Everything else was pretty good

Terrible service. Asked the bushop for groovy sauce. Said he would be right back. Never showed up. Then I hit the button. She said you need an additional one besides what’s in the bag. I said I never got one. She said okay I’ll be right out. I said ok. Got to talking. Noticed 10 min passed. So I go to drive through. I said can I please go get some Groovy sauce. She said pull around. Then I sat at the window for 5 min. Never once got acknowledged. But yet the teenagers running in and out of the side door of the kitchen in street clothes got the attention.
