The employee I had was nice and worked as quickly as she could. But it seemed like she was stuck handling both the register and pizza making duties. I saw a guy when I came in, but he vanished after I said I didn’t have a pick up order.
Anyway, my main complaint is the size of the heart-shaped pizza I got today. It is supposed to be large, but looks more like a medium. It never seemed this small in prior years. Very disappointed.

This store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. When we order ahead by phone or app, our order is ready and waiting for us when we stop to pick it up.

Crust didn’t rise on deep pan and suuuuper greasy (in fact was a flat cardboard-like consistency). Toppings sparse (even the ones I paid extra for) and distributed unevenly. Cheese was lumpy (and thrown into clumps on pizza along with toppings). This was by far the worst pizza I paid $23 for that I had to make myself. I have been eating here (the exact same pizza) for 25 years. This was gross. I am also sick to my stomach today. Called and was told they could do nothing about it. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Noticed it was tuesday so i had my roommate stop at papa murphys for $12.99 tuesday and upgrade to a family sized on the way home and i’d pay for it. when he got home the receipt was for $27 for a single pizza, even though it’s advertised as $12.99(+$3 upcharge), because he didnt ask for the deal he didnt get the deal and paid double the price due to shady business tactics

This place is never open. They close whenever they want. Place is the worst.
This place is just not worth your time or money.
Their “deals” are nothing of the sort. They fail to explain anything about their specials before you have paid them. So I paid 8 bucks to wait for the wrong pizza and then when I receive the “right” pizza it is nothing more than some mushrooms and spinach. I should have gotten a frozen pizza instead. Could have saved some money and loads of time.
