So disappointed. I ordered a family deal plus some extras and when I checked to make sure with the staff that it was all there l, they insured me. Due to the timing of the order I could not go back to get it corrected but when I called they said my name would be down for a free entree when I would like to return in the next few weeks. When I went out of my way to get the make up food I was told my name was not on any list and they don’t do that by a rude staff member. When I attempted to contact the restaurant about it because I never received the food I actually paid for and no one responded. So now it’s been a few weeks and I am out the money and did not even receive the food. Super frustrated and I would not recommend returning to this restaurant.

Love Hawaiian bbq…who doesn’t? The katsu was crispy and juicy, the white fish wash moist and flavorful. And the BBQ mix plate is my husbands favorite. Only thing was the veggies under the meat was underdone. Wish it was cooked more so I could eat it. But other than that…

Do not order catering from this location.
We spent over $200 on catering for a party, only to arrive and discover that no sauces and no salad dressings were included. When we called to ask about it, we were told we needed to get them ourselves — seriously? For an order meant to serve 20 people, we’re expected to stand there and fill individual sauce cups?
This was incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable for a catering experience. Nowhere were we informed that sauces or dressings weren’t included, and had we not called, we would’ve assumed it was just forgotten.
Catering should come ready to serve — that includes the sauces and dressings. This lack of basic communication and preparation reflects very poorly on the service at this location. I won’t be ordering from here again.

This was not the best hawaiian bbq food. They overcharged me on the food that I ordered. I spent 80 dollars ordering food here, and the chicken kutsu was very dry. The beef was overcooked. The service was not the best I will never come back here again.

I love Hawaiian BBQ, and Ono does not disappoint. I usually get the mini plate, chicken teriyaki, with rice and their delicious macaroni salad. The chicken is cooked exceptionally well, and the teriyaki sauce is tasty.
Parking can be challenging mid day, but you can find parking with a short walk to their store location.
When I’m travelling through this area, I make a point to stop and eat at this location. Employees are friendly. Fast service even when more crowded.

Me and my wife went in for some lunch and the customer service was great. The food didn’t fit our likings, but a taller curly head male helped us order since it was our first time there. Overall a good experience but the food wasn’t our favorite

The cashier who was a male was very kind and brought my table an extra plate. The food taste great. What killed it was the HUGE cockroach under my table!!!! That routines anyone appetite. The manager or owner (not sure who he was) was present and came to catch the bug, but did not take the time to apologize or say a word to my family and I. I think that’s very inconsiderate. Definitely not coming back.

I ordered the katsu and terriaki chicken BREAST(which is extra) and when I got my order, it was the LEMON PEPPER chicken which I don’t like so I brought it to the clerk and he told me to just put terriaki sauce on it! NOT the same as you can still taste the LEMON which I don’t like! Terrible customer service, they would not replace it.
