First. they are open on thanksgiving. Second the tortillas are fresh. On and on. I tried carne asada, carnitas and pastor(all epic) and my partner had the soycurls. And he was astonished and thrilled to know they seasoned it well and had such a hearty taco for a vegan. The chips were fresh! The salsa mild and flavorful. Even the spiciest salsa was flavorful and hot but not burn your tastebuds. No notes 10/10

This place is honestly really good. Got the; Habanero Burrito with Carne Asada, a taco al pastor and a taco with carnitas.
Everything was delicious with great portions especially with how inexpensive it was. The tortillas were nice quality and the service was nice.
Highly recommend dropping by and giving it a try, in a nice food truck spot so there’s plenty of seating, parking, and other trucks to try out.

I feel like I’m being gaslit by all these rave reviews. These burritos were not it. Oddly flavorless fillings, and the salsas didn’t add much either. Worst part was the carne asada was overly chopped up and didn’t seem super fresh. The baseline food quality in Portland is very high, but the burrito scene seriously needs to be resuscitated imo.

I love food carts, but im very picky about what ones I visit. Very rarely Is there a food cart that I actually contemplated visiting or sharing with friends because I was so blown away by the ingredients.
My chorizo burrito was fresh and huge! And the two tacos I got had hang made tortillas. The hot sauces are amazing, and really, the creamy habanero is crazy good.
Wait times can be a little long even for basic items, but I think its just because they are so busy and everything is fresh.
The only downside is my friend got nachos, and the cheese wasn’t melted, and it was really underwhelming for nachos. Flavor was still good! Maybe it was a one-time mistake. Ive been multiple times and theres no huge complaints.

We got the carne asada fries and a chicken fajita plate. We waited for quite a bit for our order and when we got it, the carne asada fries was completely cold. The fries and carne asada were dry and cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken fajita plate was warm at least but the beans had this weird liquid-y consistency and had very little flavor, like they diluted it. Also, the green salsa was weirdly acidic and had little flavor and no heat outside of the sourness. I definitely wouldn’t come back for the food, but the ambiance of other food trucks and a designated eating area made it a nice social place to meet up with friends.

Update 6/3 – My wife and I had the Mix Sabroso Meat Burrito and it took the #1 spot for best burrito I’ve EVER had. Yes ever. Sooo flavorful! Also chips and salsa are also #1 chips and salso. FRESHLY made chips not sitting around, they are hot! And the salsa is the greatest salsa (sorry grandma) I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. Lol
My favorite Mexican food spot!! We had the classic carne asada burritos with sour cream added and these things were MASSIVE❗ very flavorful, with some verde salso, avocado salsa and lime it was stellar.
Also carne asada tacos that took a spot in my top 3 favorite tacos. 1 tortilla, good helping of meat amd vegis.
Lastly we had a carne asada nacho, which i have NO IDEA what they did but its FANTASTIC!! Flavor to it was so delicious, put together very well.
Super friendly service AND the only cart open here! They workin hard!! gracias amigo! Muy muy biene!!

Delicious vegan burritos, not hyper greasy and overpriced like Los Gorditos. Another review called this out as well, I had to agree as someone who has been struggling to find reasonably priced, quality vegetarian/vegan burritos in the area.
