Amazing! This place just bumped to our favorite in Longmont. Service is wonderful, house Margarita is on point. The food… I had carnita and asada street tacos, they were excellent. My husband had the Fav burrito – Outstanding! For the first time (ever, no joke!) I was eating off of his plate.

It is surprisingly hard to find good Mexican food in Colorado. This place was wonderful. We got the Camerones Laguna Special and it was fan freaking tastic. Our server was so friendly, attentive, and kind. Not to mention, the artwork on the wall — fabulous. Will definitely be back.

Service & Atmosphere were great! Salsa was top notch. The hard tacos were just not it. I got the lunch special with 3 hard tacos and the beef was really lacking flavor and so is the chicken. They also serve their tacos with lettuce, tomato and awful shredded cheese which I found strange since this does look like an authentic place. My friend got the smothered shredded beef burrito and loved it.

Stopped in here for a late lunch just as happy hour was beginning (apps and chips are half off!). Started off with some fresh chips and salsa (8/10), the queso fundido (8/10), and the house marg (8/10), all of which were way above average. The salsa has a good flavor without too much heat, and the queso was stringy and melty in the best way. For the main entree, I ordered the chiles en nogada, a dish I’ve seen and heard about but never tried before. It turned out to be one of the best Mexican entrees I’ve ever had (9.5/10!) and I’ve had a looooot of Mexican food in my life. I was genuinely surprised at just how exceptionally tasty the dish was – every component added just the right flavor and texture profile to the overall dish without anything being “too much”. Even the rice and beans were excellent. My server was very warm, friendly, and provided just the right amount of efficient service without being overbearing. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, was very clean, and the booths and tables are well spaced (bucking the trend of venues providing less and less space per table, thankfully). As an added bonus, the neighborhood surrounding this restaurant is super cool and walkable so if you eat and drink too much, you can work it off afterward. This is my new favorite Mexican joint in the Boulder-Longmont area.
EDIT: I’ve now been here 4 or 5 times and every single visit has been great. This place is legit awesome. You won’t be disappointed.

Cielito Lindo was great. The 3 carne molcajete had amazing flavor and generous, shareable portions. Service stood out and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Perfect for both date night and family dinners. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, food, service. Son and I shared the fajitas with chicken and steak. Only complaint I have is it was 70% red, green peppers. Pry 10% onions, 10% Chicken and 10% Steak. Flavor was great. The rice, beans, sour cream, quacamole, chips and salsa all good. The house margarita was good too. Nice cool place and vibe maybe next time I’ll get more meat see pic of pepper plate.
