Bummer, this place is usually good but not today. We ordered hot chocolate and we forgot to ask for 2 so we had to add it on the window. They’re probably not happy we had to add that at the window so they gave us the second one with just milk and pump of syrup. They know what they were doing.

I wanted to share a great act of kindness to the two men working counter and bar Monday (2/9) around 11:30am. The kind guy behind the counter greeted me and asked how I was doing today and I unexpectedly started balling. I just put my 13.5 year old soul dog down Friday the 6th. I decided to get a fancy coffee as a pick me up. Then my chip wouldn’t work and he said, “Don’t worry its on us.” I felt bad I didn’t have cash to tip (I’ll be back in this week). The guy who made my drink wrote a message on my cup and said, “Hang in there, we’re thinking of you.” He drew a little sun and it said, “Sending you sunshine.” Little did he know, we had specifically chosen last Friday to put her down as the perfect day because it was a sunny day, and she was a summer dog through and through and loved running in the yard, hiking, swimming in the lake and lounging under our apple tree for hours. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me, and the comfort it brought. It’s one thing to give good service, it’s above and beyond to show such compassion (and it was very busy). They could have easily been annoyed, they chose kindness instead. Thank you so much. Management, please recognize these star employees. You are lucky to have such good humans on your roster. As a prior industry worker of a decade, I felt compelled to give gratitude where it is due.

I always go to Starbucks for mango dragon fruit lemonade. It’s my go-to drink. The reason why I always stop by this Starbucks location is because Hotworx studio is located right there! Imagine after a work-out in 130 degrees, you get to sip on the cool and cold refresher drink from Starbucks! The service has always been good here with chill vibe.

Great location with comfortable outdoor seating. The drive thru starts on the side of the building next to the John L Scott and wraps around the back.
The staff is more focused on their drive thru, which I understand, but still is a bit annoying when you’re the only one in the building with at least 6 staff.
Also-Starbucks, get rid of your tipping option. It’s so tacky to put that pressure on your customers when you’re worth billions.

Starbucks charges $7 for a refresher but will be petty if you ask for no ice and they won’t fill it to the top. Never happened before, absolutely ridiculous. Multi BILLION dollar industry. God forbid they give you two more inches of juice that you’re already paying $7 for.

SHOUT OUT TO SUNNY!! All I can say is this starbucks is the fastest, most friendly starbucks i’ve ever been to. Then today I was rear ended in the drive thru waiting for my coffee. The ladies there helped me so much. It was 5am, dark and I was a woman alone on my way to work. The man that hit me wasn’t the nicest either. Sunny was on it, gave me advice on what information to get. Stood outside the ENTIRE time with me so I wasn’t alone. I was crying and upset and she hugged me afterwards. These ladies are always so nice no matter the day, but today especially their compassion is priceless. I am so grateful for them. I felt safe in a situation where I would of felt very uneasy if I was totally alone.

We’ve been here many times, and usually it’s perfect – especially if Sunny is here! However on this Sunday morning, it was ‘off’. The mobile orders were waiting for us, but nobody said a word to us, the counter was filthy (which is highly unusual at any Starbucks), and both of our drinks were a bit “off’ as well. Definitely not up to the usual Starbucks standard. Hopefully this is a very temporary deviation.

This is a great Starbucks location. The staff were very friendly on our most recent visit (as is typically the case for our visits here). Drive thru line moved very quickly. The coffees we ordered were spot-on (ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro and a flat white). This is our regular neighborhood store and we are grateful for the team here!
