First off the food was amazing. It was made fresh and tasted great. The service however was nonexistent. Carrie K was who ‘helped’ me if you’d even call it that. I went to the counter to order and stood there while she attended the drive through, she saw me, but never acknowledged me or anything. Must have helped 6 cars before she finally came over to take my order. Never said a word to me unless I asked a question. She told me the total and I paid with cash. She put my Change on the counter, even though my hand was extended out to accept it. Then she put my drink cup and receipt on the counter next to her, she wouldn’t even extend her arm to put it closer to me. So very rude. No thank you or anything. Carrie needs some customer service training and learn some people skills. Otherwise the visit was perfect.

This is a regular “GO TO” place for my wife and I. We go there most Saturday afternoons for lunch. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The Manager ( Carrie) always says hello to us and calls us by name….the number 1 reason we keep coming back. The food is always cooked fresh, not like it been sitting in a heat lamp. I would recommend the cheese curds….most excellent. Keep doing a great job !!!

My food is ALWAYS well put together. This location has the best: presentation, order accuracy, friendly staff. I never have an issue and recommend this location to all in the Brown Co. area.

Such a wonderful little establishment! I picked up dinner here for cribbage night and the guys loved it. ❤️ I was a vegetarian before trying your bacon cheeseburger, and now I love meat again! Can’t get enough! Truly life-changing. The service was incredible, I’d forgotten that fast food workers could be pleasant sometimes. You certainly tip the scale haha! .
Will have to bring my grandchildren here next time, they keep asking for a ‘root beer.’ Hopefully that isn’t what it sounds like! Thank you for the experience, Allen & Wright. Cheers! ❤️.

This establishment was very clean and tidy, the employee at the front counter was very kind and polite. And lastely the food was excellent and made to perfection. The fries were crispy brown and the burger juicy and delicious. 10/10 would come back!
