Great small town destination. Sunday breakfast is excellent. Well worth the 20 mile ride on back roads from Fredericksburg. Very good service, clean and professionally run. Prices are more than fair.

This place was recommended by my Airbnb host and I was happy to eat somewhere outside of Fredricksburg. The restaurant was full even on a Monday night but it was a short wait. My enchiladas were perfect with my favorite kind of sauce and the beans, rice, and guacamole were great too. The servers are super-attentive (never was my glass half-empty), the food came out fast, and everything was piping hot.

For over 30 years now I’ve been eating enchiladas all over this state. Some were good, some were not. These could be the best ones I’ve ever had. We ordered two enchilada plates, beef and chicken queso and they were both phenomenal! Plus, the rice and beans and guac were great as well. The blend of spices, the fresh corn tortillas, the crispy chips and salsa! If you are ever withing 20 miles of Harper, you will not be disappointed for getting out here!
