T Wrecks
They weren’t busy, we were the only vehicle and they still made us pull up past the window to wait. they have NO excuse for not adding the cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce that was requested. It’s on the reciept! Furthermore, NOBODY will answer the phone even though they are super slow at 7pm.

Ordered food in drive through. Service was fine. Didn’t get a few orders of nuggets that were supposed to come with my food. No one will answer the phone so I can get a refund or get the order corrected.

More often than not they’re out of whatever basic menu item I order. It’s not covid-19 shortages when it’s 2026. It would appear that it’s just poor management.

Plenty of free parking and handicap accessible entrance. Took our orders quickly and food was up fast. Orders were correct and food was hot. My only two complaints are 1 the drink machine was malfunctioning, no ice and my orange soda wouldn’t work #2 is only one table in the dining room was clean enough to set at. That said it was a clean and comfortable experience, staff was attentive and courteous.

The management can’t seem to get enough staff to work. So your setting in line for like well last night was 40min in the drive thru the fries were cold and nasty my nuggets were hard and cold but the wife’s chicken sandwich was hot just everything else was nasty so in my recommendation is to eat elsewhere and get better food

The building is really nice. The staff are terrible. They won’t get your order right and then they’ll argue with you. They’re not even able to count the right amount of cups correctly let alone orders of nuggets.

Waited for at least 10 minutes, no one acknowledged us even though there were at least six employees we could see from the counter. Gave us time to observe multiple employees not wearing gloves while preparing food, including the girl working the fry station who was picking up food with her bare hands and then pulling her pants out of her rear. We left without ordering.

I went to Columbia and stopped by Moberly and went to Wendy’s. The guy that took my order was one of the nicest people that I have met in a long time in a fast food restaurant. He actually made me smile and made my day better. The fries and burger were very good. The chocolate frosty was pretty good with the fries.

Placed a mobile order for 3 people a bit after 4 pm today. Upon arrival about 15 minutes later, I came through the drive up as directed. I was told they had me “checked in” and then had to wait in the drive through for 45 minutes for the order, including the old “pull up and wait.”
What is the point of the mobile ordering system if not to speed things up and give advanced knowledge to the team?
It appeared they would take 2-3 orders, then not take anymore until those were completed. Over and over again, a customer was stuck waiting at the speaker until the cars ahead were gone before they could place an order. Sooo many people gave up and left. I would have as well if my order wasn’t already paid for.
Amazingly, upon receiving my meals, they were far from fresh. Cold sandwiches, rubbery nuggets, and one order of soggy fries. The other two orders of fries were missing.
My local Wendy’s always does a great job. This location was way more than disappointing.

Sat in drive thru for 15 mins. I get they’re short staffed like most every business these days. At least get the food right. Ordered a big bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and received a tiny slider looking sandwich. Don’t have time to sit in line again so little burger it is. Plus side is, the burger was pretty good.
