Both pizzas had the white sauce instead of tomato sauce for some reason. They switched topping on the pan with the hand tossed. Female employee was basically by herself the entire time with occasional times another employee( delivery driver) would come in and help for a minute. Female employee didn’t wear gloves the entire 50 minutes we were there. The pizzas looked awesome, but wrong toppings and white sauce made them less than desirable. Crust was good as always.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my pizza thru window pickup , I sat at window for 15 minutes no one came and honked the horn twice no one still came. Walked inside did not get greater or acknowledged at all, waited another 10 minutes finally got my food. Not one associate was wearing gloves. Even the lady making the dough was not wearing any gloves while handling food. So nasty.

Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with pineapple. Then waited 2 hours for a pizza with no sauce and random peppers mixed in with the pineapple? Why would you send a pizza with no sauce on it? Also couldn’t get a refund because there was no manager at the store when we called. I’ve ordered from this domino’s many times and usually it’s ok but this is the second time I’ve gotten a pizza with no sauce.

0 stars, literally. I haven’t been to this one in a very long time because when I gave them a shot when they were doing $5 pizzas, I ordered extra sauce but when I showed up I got lectured on food cost and that if I’m paying for a $5 pizza, then I’m getting a $5 pizza. If you want to promote your business, don’t scale down your product because that counters your promotion because you are no longer promoting your product then. I was told that if I wanted a better pizza to pay full price. This is not a recent review, I’m sure all of the staff has been overturned over that time, but this is consistent with any time I have had pizza from them. Knowledge about customer perceptions over the history is important in restructuring company values.

I’m visiting KC for a few days with my family and we ordered pizza from this location and had the absolute WORST experience. I had an extremely dry philly cheese steak sandwhich, the cheese literally just came off of the bun. My brothers wings were DRIZZLED with sauce NOT TOSSED. Lastly our pizzas were not even fully cut, this dominos location is awful I would not suggest it to anyone. If I could give negative reviews I would.

Placed an order including 8 bone-in hot wings… received 8 naked buffalo wings. So I called to request a refund or remake. The petty employees remade the wings and completely DROWNED them…
It’s bad enough I’m paying $11+ for EIGHT wings…. the employees at Dominos want to take their frustration out on my disappointment?? Do better Dominos…. Smh.

Didn’t know that the seasoning on the chicken now has either pepper or a different sort of spice, which upsets my intestines long after even just a small amount consumed. Going to have to keep that in mind and either ask for the chicken not have their seasoning or abstain from anything that has that seasoning on it.

Jan 2025. Atrocious…. as always Ordered Pizza at 620. It was in prep for over an hour. Called store who said we didn’t have an order in. Said it was probably from another store. Called around. They said it was in fact this store. Called back. Suddenly our order was being handed to a driver….20 minutes ago. Website says it’s still in Prep. The absolute worst store ever. Only reason we tried again was because my wife wanted to. MEVER AGAIN. Incompetency at its finest.
Jan 2022: Called several hours ago and ordered a lare pizza (with extra toppings), and order of buffalo wings and hawaiian chicken bites. Hours later, the pizza arrived…ICE COLD, and it didn’t include ANY of the additional toppings that we paid for. I opened the box of buffalo wings and was appalled. It was a box of breaded dimestore wings with crappy sauce squirted on it. I called the store and was told we could have another order.. if we wanted to wait at least an hour or so, or credit. The whole experience was ridiculous, and unfortunately, this is the second time we ran into this at this particular store. Never Again.
Jan 2021: We called on Friday evening at 6:15 and ordered 2 Pizzas and wings. The tracker showed the order was received. After 15 minutes in PREP, we attempted to call to make sure they received the order. We were on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. Then the pizza was in the oven and then quickly Under review. It sat on the counter for 20 minutes. We finally received the pizza at 8:05, ice cold, dried out…and the wrong pizza. The driver was embarrassed, and said Dominoes was “a wreck and going down fast…” The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

ordered a delivery 45min ago. It was marked completed but failed to arrived. Called the store and hung up after 10min of being on hold, and not being able to reach an employee. This place robbed me of $30, and the opportunity to get food elsewhere due to the time wasted.

I love dominoes. This location is notoriously understaffed. I kinda feel bad ordering from here. There’s usually only one person, from what I can see. I once walked in and saw three people there but they all looked utterly exhausted.
They don’t report to the online tracker, so you just have to show up after 20 minutes or so and hope it’s done. (I only do pick-up, no clue how they handle delivery).
Update: Things are moving faster, they’re using the tracker. However yesterday I got a pizza where one slice looked like they scraped everything off of it. Why??
